I still have 2 points left but i am not really hungry. I guess if i get hungry later i can have a little something. I can have 22-27 points a day. I didn't work out today worked out yesterday for an hour. Tomorrow we are celebrating my birthday and I get to go wherever I want. We are going to schallers. It has like hamburgers and hots and stuff but my favorite is called the garbage plate. It is a cheeseburger over fries and macaroni salad and then they throw ketchup mustard, onions, and hot sauce over it. It is a lot of points but i am only going to eat half. It is good to treat yourself every once in a while.
 
Definitely good to treat yourself, especially for your birthday! Have fun!
 
Well, that definitely sounds like a plate of garbage! Hope it makes a tasty birthday lunch. Are you going to have "chocolate lover's trash" (chocolate ice cream with a variety of chocolate covered things) for dessert?

Thanks Guys I definatly feel older and thinner. I did eat my garbage plate yesterday and boy was it good. So no more treats for a while. I am going to set a goal for the end of march. I would like to be at 184 by the end of march. So let's get started on that goal.
Yesterday I did an hour work out and I think that every muscle in my body hurts but it's a good hurt. I showed my husband my measurements and where I use to be and it looks so big. I've lost 2 inches in my hips and 2 inches in my stomach. I really feel the motivation and the changes in my body are taking shape. What a great birthday!

so today was a really bad day. Started out good ended very bad. I bought some edies light mint chocolate chip ice cream. It doesn't even taste like it is light ice cream. I should have known not to buy it . Yesterday i measured out 1 cup of ice cream and i did okay. Tonight i measured out 1 cup of ice cream and then added a little more. Then when i put the bowl in the sink the ice cream carton suddenly appeared in my hands and my spoon would not stop feeding my mouth.
I'm not sure how much i had but my husband walked in the kitchen and i had the spoon in my mouth . He put the lid on it and put it away. I told him i couldn't stop eating it . It was like a mini binge. What happened to me ? I am pretty upset that i couldn't control my self. I am going to work out for an hour so i guess i feel a little better. I'll be lucky if i loose anything this week. I weigh in tomorrow morning ohh my god well we will see. As long as i don't gain i guess i won't be to upset. Has anyone else had a binge recently?

The rest of your points only added up to 15 ½ so im sure the ice-cream wont do any damage. Maybe because you didn’t have enough points today your head new this and that’s why you had the binge. You have to eat all you points mate. Good luck with your weigh in this week im sure you will do fine.
 
Thanks rosered you are totally right I was starving by the time I got home for dinner and that was why I binged. Well I weighed in today and I stayed the same but I still lost inches. Total I have lost 2 inches in my thighs, 3 inches in my hips and 2 and a half inches in my stomach. I really am glad that I am measuring myself because even though I didn't loose any weight this week I still lost a inch in my thighs and a half an inch in my stomach. The workouts are really paying off. Alot of weight training and cardio. This week I really wan't to focus. I have to go to boston on tuesday and wed next week so I will have to discipline myself with self control. I will weigh in on thursday unless the have a fitness center at the hotel you know i will be in there kicking some but. Good luck to all on another great week!
 
Too bad about the ice cream. I've had Edy's light ice cream and it sure doesnt' taste light. Keep up the hard work and don't let one binge set you back!

Today went pretty good. Did my hour workout. I can actually start to keep up with everything. My crunches are getting better and better. It really burns but it's a good burn. Looking forward to my work out tomorrow. I love measuring myself and then seeing the progress.

Oooh, that Edy's Light is good...especially the slow churned kind. I won't let myself get desserts that aren't already portioned for that very reason. But I definitely don't think that you should beat yourself up over it. You're doing so great! Everyone has a binge once in awhile. It's no big deal. And I'm glad you enjoyed your birthday!
 
I was just having a look at the ww site and was shocked to find out that the packaging may be misleading on a few items eg: 0 points for ww jelly but if you read the pkt its 0 points for ¼ of the pkt just thought I would give you the heads up. You’re doing great by the way.
 
I actually realised that a couple of weeks ago. 0 points doesn't mean eat as much as you want. It can be misleading sometimes. Thanks for the info.
 
so I am back from boston and today is my weigh in. Didn't do so well with eating. I could have done better. It's hard when your out with people and I find that I am a social eater. They ordered nachos for an appetizer and of course I had some. For dinner I had a pulled pork sandwhich with coleslaw and fries. And one drink. I wish I could beat that hurtle of controling myself. I can control myself everyday but when I go out with people I seem to slip up. Oh well next week is another week. I lost one pound this week so that brings me to 18 lbs. I still have to loose 9 lbs to meat my march goal. I am doing awesome though . I am so proud of myself.
