I am hoping that the measuring myself will help to see the results. I too am obsessed with the scale. I usually weigh myself everyother day. I really think it helps me to stay motivated. WELL today i am not walking i have to work early. I am trying to have 2 days where i don't walk and maybe i will do a workout tonight when i get home from work.

today i wanted to cheat . i didn't eat a lot all day and then i paid for it at night. I got so hungry before dinner was done i wanted to munch on some snacks. I didn't though. It is tough sometimes to have the will power not to cheat.

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I lost 3 lbs this week! I am very excited 3 more and i will be in the one's again. It has been a while since that. I walked today for an hour with my friend. I have been measuring myself i started last week but didn't see a big difference this week. I'm not upset though i know over time i will see the difference. People at work are starting to say they can see it in my face. I know that i am very self concious about how my face looks. WHen i look at pictures i am so embaressed that my face looks so fat. I keep a skinny picture of my self so that it keeps me going.

thanks for the support!!!!!!Did my walking again today. I am on a roll with this excersising thing. I love it . it makes me feel so good. I am going to be starting a workout at night and i hope that will help me with shape.
great day today! Walked the mall for an hour. I'm trying to cook and create new things. IT's easy to get bored eating the same things.I did an hour of workout after dinner. THis was the first time i had started this workout. Oh my gosh i thought i was going to die. My legs felt like jello.
I work this morning so i am not going to be able to walk today. I am going to do my work out tonight again though. It feels so good to do the weights and even though my body is burning it feels good.
I have to stop getting on the scale everyday. My weigh in is every wendsday morning. This week my goal is to not get on the scale till wendsday. My body is so soar from my workout but i am still going to walk today.

starting off the day great today. Did three laps today it felt so energizing.I really want to push myself this week so I can get under 200. I only need to loose 3 lbs. I know i can do it.

good day yesterday. I did my hour work out yesterday. It really worked my thighs. I thought i was going to die. I think that working with these weights will really help to tighten and sculpt.
