11/15 I have off for the next two days. it seems like when i have off i tend to want to snack more. i almost went for chips today but i didn't. tomorrow i am going to walk for an hour. i am doing very well at resisting the temptations. i think it is because i want to reach my goals. i know that once i start to cheat i will think it's okay. a little here a little there it adds up. i have to keep resisting the temptations and looking towards my goals. when i hit certain goals like 10 , 20 and 30 lbs i am going to reward myself. like having foods that i normally can't have.

Try lots of low point biscuits, fruit, dips, veggies, popcorn even water ice blocks.I have the same problem on the weekend and try to keep my self as busy as possible.
 
i definately will try that . maybe if i have them available in my fridge i won't go for the chips or cookies. i walked for an hour today. it did make me feel better.

well yesterday i came home from work around 8 and i was not really hungry but i kept seeing all these comercials for food and then if made me want to eat . i didn't though i knew that it was to late to really eat any thing. i am glad to see that i do have some will power.

yeaaaaaaaaaa! tomorrow is my weigh in and i know i did great this week. today i am going to go walking even though there was a big snow storm. i go walking inside a mall so it really doesn't matter whats going on outside.
 
I am actually going to by a measuring tape today. Tomorrow i am going to weigh in so i want to start my measurments then. Should you measure yourself once a week?
I walked an hour again today three laps instead of two.

I LOST 4lbs this week!!!! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
I am so excited i can't wait to go walk this morning. i want this week to be just as good. My goal is to be at 199 by the end of january. My birthday is in febuary and by then well let's take it one goal at a time.

I know for me, when I have lost 5 pounds I buy myself a bouquet of flowers. The first 5 I bought pink carnations. The second 5 pound loss was a bouquet of purple tulips. I'm hoping to be at the store this weekend buying another bouqet. Maybe daisies.

flowers sounds like a great idea! I am definetly going to do that. Thank you everyone for the support. I know with the support it helps on those days when you want to slip. I come here and read everyones messages and look at there success stories. I know everyone can do it. You control what goes into your mouth . Good luck!

CONGRATS!!! I measure myself once a week. but i wiegh my self everyday. For some reason i am obsessed with the scale. Measuring is alot more accurate because there are alot more influences that go into you body wieght. I know all this yet I still do it
