As for the squat, I would be try not to snap so hard at the top during the lockout. Might cause knee pain further down the road but I might be completely wrong. I'm still learning more about squats but my general rule of lifting is not to lockout or not to lockout too hard / fast.

I reset these because i discovered my form was bad; my back arched after i filmed myself lifting. so im lowering the weight and keeping my form perfect before i continue to up the weight. :]

In your signature. You spelled "Vertical" wrong.

Good thing you fixed your form to. My older brother got a hernia when he was up to 305 pounds. Was doing 5x5 every week adding 5 pounds a week. $10,000+ in debt from surgery and afterwards he gained a bunch of weight, half depressed, lost his job, etc. This was about 3 years ago.
 
thats a bummer....i am VERY glad i recorded myself deadlifting because i thought i had good form until i saw my back rouding in the video x.x

thoughts: feeling great. weigth this morning was 168.
this workout was very good; tomorrow is my last workout consisting of ONLY squats, maybe some calves.
this is my last push towards success. i will succeed.
after that, its 4 days pure rest, then "prikada" or max day.

thankyou, tic. it was not easy, but the work that was put it was not only exhilirating(waking up at 8:30 and squatting), but it was well worth it.
the psychological side of it was a challenge too; being able to push 10 sets of 3 out when you feel like quitting at 5 is tough, but its where inner strength comes out.

plus, i have to get my squat over 350 so i can compete with your bench LOL
 
is that the same boxer as you always wear? Do you ever wash it?

Also, do you rub yourself in baby oil? You're all shiny, again, like always.. or is it just freaky hot?
