thanks newbride, me and the Mr. are thankfully still Mr. and Mrs. Jennylee. We're doing a lot better and talking a lot more, and having a lot more...... fun. ;) . Without communication, you got nothing, I think now that we've got that back, we know to keep it up.
Before lunch I did 20 minutes of strength exercises.

Lunch:
2 pieces of 9-grain bread with
1 hardboiled egg,
grated carrot
couple of slices of cucumber and
a little red onion
(250 cals)

Then I went for a 40 minute power walk and got all sweaty.
Snack:
small tin of salmon with 1tsp of lowfat mayo
(125)

My total so far today is 605 calories. 595 left.

I hope it burns alot, because I drank an awful lot on friday night, and that was the most "fun" night I've had in over a year. And which the text messeges I've been getting I'm in for another "fun" night when Mr. Jennylee gets home at the end of the week.
Before work:
1 slice of 9 grain bread with marmite (85)

After work:
2 slices of 9-grain bread with marmite and a little marge (175)

Dinner:
1 serving of beef stirfry with carrots and cabbage (about 250)

Daily total: 1115 calories.

Grocery day tomorrow, so I'll be able to add a little variety in to my diet instead of bread and marmite. I'm going to get some small pottles of yoghurt and some more fruit. Also, my mother is coming again tomorrow, so hopefully that won't sway me too much, she wants to go to the beach, but I really can't be bothered. I just want to have the day to myself. But hey, whatever makes her happy.
 
I didn't sleep well at all, i woke up at 1am all bloated and horrible and had to get up to move around so I could burp, I guess it was all the bread I ate yesterday. I skipped my morning exercise as I am so exhausted after yesterday. I'm not going to let myself feel guilty about it though, I think my body need to recover a little. I might do some exercise tonight.
Breakfast:
Small bowl of whole grain oats.
I'm so tired, I wonder when mums going to get here.
 
Well, I behaved pretty badly today, but am too tired to care too much.
Lunch:
Small seafood pastry
bowl of wedges with sour cream
1 neenish tart
vanilla icecream.

It is incredibly hot here today, that energy draining kind of hot.
 
Yesterday update
Dinner:
1 piece of bread with marmite
an entire bottle of white wine
too many cigarettes

healthy day huh?


Today:
20 minutes on exercycle

Breakfast
small bowl of wholegrain oats with lowfat milk (150)
1 gold kiwifruit.(20)

I'm not really a fan of the gold kiwifruit but the green ones were too expensive, which is crazy since we are the worlds biggest exporters of them.
 
20 minutes of strength exercises followed with 10 minutes of stretching

Lunch:
plate of stirfry made with
100g lean beef lots of cabbage and
a little brocolli with chili
(220)
pottle of low fat yoghurt (70)

Snack:
16 rice crackers (100)

(560 so far today)

I'm going to go and sit in the sun........
 
Ohh, sitting in the sun! I wish. I'm in Florida and it's been chilly here, which is so strange. I can't wait for summer weather. Hopefully by the time my summer break comes around I'll look good enough to have a cute bathing suit. Stir fry sounds good...I'll have to remember to pick up some tofu and veggies to make one.
 
The sun is great, but intense, so I've come inside for a break. I seem to have injured my shoulder, I hope its better by tomorrow, working on a checkout involves lots of twisting and will probably aggrivate it. I wish Mr.Jennylee was here to give me a massage.
Snack:
1 Apple (60)

As I was hanging my washing out I found a poor dead birdy. I didn't seem to have any wounds but a cat must have broken its neck. I felt bad for it, so I buried it under the apple tree. I'm sure the birds in the tree were watching me...... poor little guy.
Well, back out to the sun and in to my book.
 
Oh, I am so jealous of you! I would love to be outside with the sun beating on me and a good novel in my hands. And, what's that you say, no one is interrupting you while you read???

I didn't even know there were gold kiwifruit. Learn something new everyday!

Whoops. I opened a pack of rice crackers intending to have a few but almost ate the entire pack. I ate just under 300 calories worth.. .. :(
That takes my total to 960 calories so far today. I was planning to have a lovely big dinner too, but I guess thats out. Beef stirfry again for dinner I guess.
 
Thanks korrie, you're right. A slip up every now and then isn't going to make me fat!
I didn't do as much exercise as I had planned because of my shoulder. I think I've damaged it more than I originally thought. I can hardly move it today, work this afternoon is going to be interesting.
I got on the exercycle this morning for 20 minutes before breakfast.
Breakfast:
small bowl of wholegrain oats

Mr. Jennylee and I are going to his work function tonight. I don't really want to, but I will. I'm going to have a big lunch today as I won't have time for dinner before we go. I finish work at 6pm, then I have to cash up my til and walk home, get ready and leave at 7pm. RUSH RUSH RUSH!! Then in the morning we are off to Wanganui for the weekend.

I'll probably have a yoghurt and an apple before I go to work which will bring me up to 580 cals.
