Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can

Question! If you're currently 188lb, how many pounds is it per week?


Rosalind, 1% of whatever your weight is will change as your weight changes, so as you lose more weight, to get to 1% you're going to have to lose more weight. For the first week, if you lose 2 pounds, it will put you at .010 = 1%. :) I hope that helps!

Jan. 16 = 221 (not bad for T.O.M., at least it didnt go up)
Jan. 23 = 219.5 (had hoped for 218, but thats ok)
Jan. 30 = 219.5 (*pout* got sick, didnt excercise for a week, didnt eat well)

Yay, my first challenge! I am SO in!

Jan. 02 = 217.5
Jan. 09 = 214 -- 1.61% lost!
Jan. 16 = 214 -- I got engaged (yay!) and went out to dinner a lot (boo!)
Jan. 23 = 210 -- I now have a wedding to get skinny for, so I'm back on track.
