Jan. 01 - 20 stone 8lbs (I'm having trouble converting into lbs)
Jan. 08 - 20 stone 5lbs - Lost 3lbs this week
Jan. 15 - 20 stone 1lbs - Yippee I've lost 4lbs this week. woohoo
Jan. 22 - 19 Stone 13lbs - WOOHOO lost 3lbs
Jan. 29 - 19 stone 12lbs - been ill this week but lost 1lb

Final weigh in : Feb. 05 - 19 stone 11lbs- lost another pound woohoo

Gotta admit that progress has slowed right down lately so here's to a kick-start

Jan. 01 195.5 and 21.5% Body fat - Reboot!
Jan. 08 191.0 and 20.5% Body fat - cut milk/sugar from coffee + 5xworkouts (3xcardio and 2xweights)
Jan. 15 192.0 and 20.0% Body fat - disappointed with no wt loss.
Jan. 22 190.0 and 20.0% Body fat - best weigh-in of week was 189 and 19.0% - yay for progress.
Jan. 27 187.5 and 19.5% Body fat - I'll be away on business for a week and cant weigh in.
