HOWDY Forgot to post yesterday's I did 1 mile on treadmill+
15 min eliptical and 15 min of crunches squats leg lifts and a
lil rump shaking for a total of 2 miles totaling 79 miles

OK TODAY I WALKED 3 MILES and 30 mins worth of crunches
leg lifts squats scissors (amy's)sidebends the rest on st bike
*****************NEW TOTAL 83 MILES**********:D
 
83+3= 86!

Holy Crap you guys...you are all putting me to shame! 30 min Weight Training Yesterday, 30 min Cardio this morning. New Total: 94

(I calculated that right...right?)
 
2.5 hours of walking in that damn pouring rain (it should be snowing, it´s winter!..ooh.) = 5 miles :)

I´m hoping to do some exercises later.. we´ll see :p

Anyway, New Total is 99 :D
 
Sorry I haven't checked into this thread yet, I've been really busy, but I still want to take part if that's ok? I'm off to the gym (and the treadmill!) tomorrow so I'll report back with my contribution after if it's still ok for me to join in. :)

Of course Sprite your more than welcome to join...just add your exercise in and total to the previous total for a new total
 
OK so 2 miles yesterday & 2 miles today.

SO... we are up to 105.5 miles!


I'm kinda bummed because I want my treadmill to arrive already. Then I know I will be doing more than two miles!
 
Elliptical 36 mins, 7.25 miles...New Total...112.75

Excellent job everyone!!! WE are all contributing, no matter how big or small...

We are going to get there easily before Valentine's Day at this rate. :D Same here, gotta be at work today but am gym-ing it tomorrow. :)
