I'm back and ready to get big and strong!

They have you do a lot of pull-ups in boot? That might be why for the rows. How about adding 2 sets and do a 5x5 for all.

In basic, we did pullups 5 times a week. I think I could probably hit 16-20 in 1 set right now; I never maxed it though. I'm not adding 2 sets because the way the program is set up for me not to change it. I don't want to jump weight either; I like the linear progress.

-Really hard hitting the gym today but I did it anyhow. Was bricklaying all day. Civil Engineering is a rough field.
-Squats felt awesome for some reason. On that last set I felt like I could have hit 5 more. Even more motivating I saw a guy with perfect ATG form on 3 plates. He was big too
-Deadlift was rough because my lowerback was so sore from just work today but I pulled through it and got every rep
-Gotta wake up at 4:00 AM tonight; sucks.

Looks like you are cruzin' along just fine! Boot sucks, but they do have an agenda! :) Hubby was a DS so I know they work ya!

-Squats felt a bit heavy today. For whatever reason my legs felt really tight before I did my first set. I added in some extra dynamic stretches
-Bench felt heavy as well.
-Went up 10 more pounds on the deadlift.
 
Had my PT test today.

1.5 mile run: 12:59
1 minute pushups: 60
1 minute situps: 54

My pushups actually went up since basic, probably the bench press helped with that. My run time sucked but I think I passed overall.

Lifting 3x a week. Gotta lift today. I'm thinking about moving my schedule over to saturday/monday/wednesday rather then monday/wednesday/friday.

-didn't feel like working out again but I did anyhow lol. After a hard days work in the shop I never feel like lifting.
-First goal accomplished. got 3 sets of 5 for with 185 for the squats. Next goal is 200 for 3 sets of 5.
-I may or may not workout on Friday- I might move that workout to Saturday and start doing a Saturday/Monday/Wednesday routine. Because then I can get a full nights sleep friday and ready to go Saturday instead of running on 4-5 hours of sleep on Fridays workout.

-Had PT today, did a 3 mile jog. Right quad feels a bit sore but I don't think it will be a problem by Saturday.

-Suppose to work out Saturday, but me and a few buddies decided to walk off base to the walmart and back and ended up having to jog some of it...was out for 6 hours lmao.
-Squats felt hard as hell. Started using 3 minute rests on these versus 2 minute rests.
-Bought some Whey Protein and now will be cutting out soda and drinking milk instead. Gonna cut down on some junk food as well. Luckily I'm still like a 32" waist.

-Feeling a bit sick but just dealing with it.
-Checked my weight yesterday...202 pounds. Holy crap I was 168 a month and a half ago...I know a good amount of that is water weight but woaaaaaa something aint right. My waist is still like 32".
