I got in four workouts this week. That is one more than I was shooting for, so I'm pretty pleased with that. :)

Did four workouts this week :) More then Ive done in months-! Managed to get a swim in today straight after work, good way to start week two.

Great job everyone!

I updated mine with the walking from yesterday and today. Going to try getting up early tomorrow and trying the Just Sweat portion of Just Dance 4. Even not knowing the moves I want to see how it goes and decide if it's worth searching for and paying for JD2 just for the tutorial. If not one of these mornings or nights then perhaps this coming weekend.
 
I should start trying to do something like Just Dance on the Weekends when I don't want to go to the gym. I was doing more squats, jumping jacks etc, but those are boring and I don't like to do it. Weekends should be my spice it up time! :)
 
Mixing it up on the weekends is definitely not a bad idea, and would give you something to look forward to and keep you going during the week perhaps.
 
Just updated my chart with my first workout of week #2. I've exercised every other day for a week now, which I'm pretty sure is some kind of record for me..haha!

On Monday I was all where did the weekend go? Now im all wait it's Friday and I've only done one workout? damn! So while I was hoping for an early work night, we seem short staffed. But I must do something when I get home tonight because well I refuse to fall behind in this challenge. I will likely do lots of walking tomorrow and Sunday but stikk bneed to do something today.
 
I fasted for most of today, but broke the fast in a horrible fashion *cough* all-you-can-eat meal *cough*. However, I decided to put those calories to good use and did a lot of work after the meal.

This was my best day to date :). I do hope I didn't do too much damage, though.

Yesterday was my best day so far-! Did a fitness class, Tai Chi, abit of swimming inbetween while I waited, and then went dancing all night, hehe
 
Well, the little workout challenge got me excited to go to the gym today, ON A SATURDAY! lol Also, I think my aunt and cousins are going to start coming down on the weekends, so it will be my mom and I as well as them. That will be fun! Ambition all around.

So I've got 6 workouts for this week and a grand total of 692 minutes or 11 and a half hours of exercise for this week. I've never dedicated that much time into exercising so this is definitely good news. :)

I'm going to try following Quercus example and do something every day. No success so far but this week was pretty good.

I just entered my first workout for week 3! I'm glad I joined the challenge. It's definitely keeping me going. :)

I DID manage to do so mething...k I was gonna delete that typo but wow WHAT? Anyways...I DID manage to do SOMEthing on Saturday to hit my 3x mark. (This challenge being Sun-Sat is throwing me off with the new Orange/Purple challenge being Sat-Fri-can't use Saturday's as catchup for that!).

Going to try to do more dancing during the week. All depends on work but if I can manage to get things done and don't have anything going out I can either leave for a couple hours around 12/1, or I can leave around 2/3 and not come back - go home and do a workout and then straight to the next job. Didn't work yesterday, will see how it goes today!
 
Well Icy meth will make you lose weight, but I really can't endorse it. I mean teeth ARE pretty heavy, but exercise and diet for a while longer before switching to poisoning yourself.

You guys keep kicking butt! Good night.
