Hello guys, i'm new in here. I am thinking of starting to Fitness again. And i have only one destination. I would like to have a body like Brad Pitt's Tyler Durden. My height is approximately: 181-182cm it is nearly the same as Brad Pitt's. I am also thin i think i'm 63kg. And from that point, i will be waiting for your training programas, schedule and a diet completely for that body type. I'm determined to do that so much. I would like to know everything from A to Z. Please help me to success at my destination. And in that point, i'm thinking of using olympic pool and also of course fitness center. So swimming can help me also? And also what about the diet? shall i use some additional things before/after training?. Ok i'm waiting for all people's help
