I need a training schedule, program and diet

Hello guys, i'm new in here. I am thinking of starting to Fitness again. And i have only one destination. I would like to have a body like Brad Pitt's Tyler Durden. My height is approximately: 181-182cm it is nearly the same as Brad Pitt's. I am also thin i think i'm 63kg. And from that point, i will be waiting for your training programas, schedule and a diet completely for that body type. I'm determined to do that so much. I would like to know everything from A to Z. Please help me to success at my destination. And in that point, i'm thinking of using olympic pool and also of course fitness center. So swimming can help me also? And also what about the diet? shall i use some additional things before/after training?. Ok i'm waiting for all people's help :)

Sure, I'll do it. I charge $150 an hour for my time though.

Seriously, this is a forum for people to talk, not for us to do all your work for you.
You need to start by reading up on proper nutrition, and training techniques.
If you go into this blindly, you won't know why you're doing what you're doing, and you'll fail because you don't understand.

If you don't like that idea, then go buy Body for LIFE or BodyRX adn follow them to a T.
 
come on. i just wanted some advices. :) There is nothing to be angry :) I gave up fitness 2 months ago and i would like to start it again. And probably i will be doing it in free gym in there, there is no gym master. It is just free to use. Anyway, at least can you direct me to the some useful links about that? Pleaseee :( If you do this, of course i have some tips for people and would like to share it with people. :)

swarthy, its hard to give advice when we have no idea what your goals are and you don't seem to know either, specifically

Get a decent workout routiune and learn about healthy eating.

Ummm... What is your deal? This forum has some of the most helpful people to give advice and newf is one of them. I would suggest you stop being so cocky and listen. You gotta know what you what, what you can do, and what you're doing now.

How about giving us a little bit for info? Another thing, I can't really tell you're measures in SI, so feet and inches and pounds would help me get a better picture.
 
hey ill give you some advice. i dont see why the people are getting angry. its called sharing your personal knowledge. if i can save u a few years of reading then its fine with me.
 
You didn't ask for advice..you asked us to design a workout program and diet program for you.
That's not advice, that's not even consulting...that's full professional services. Professional service means you get paid.

Thus my $150/hour, 1 hour minimum offer stands.

Now, if you wanted to post what you think is a good workout program, and diet to follow, I'd be more than happy to comment on it, and offer advice/opinions, for free.
 
the "brad pitt" look isnt that hard to come by. its just 12" arms, a sixpack and a tan.

but if you'd want to look the opposite of that, which is strong and muscular, its compound, multi-joint movements while ramping up the weight and eating plenty of good food. ;)

that doesnt make any sense. sad

i had someone tell me on here that my physique isnt so great. i said, no kidding. thats why i'm training and setting goals and all that. i never claimed to be great or impressive.

personally i think its because they have a sad existence and they're trying to make others feel like they do.
 
Never seen any behaviour like that guys, then again that stuff usually bounces off me. :) Good luck with your goals Jenn, worst case you'll still be in better shape when you orginally set the goals. :)
 
lmao swarthy wants to look like brad pitt... i mean wtf if he wants to look healthy, fit, muscular like brad pitt i suggest him to get out and workout and eat the right food. i mean working out is mostly common sense lol

so my suggestion is swarthy just workout thats wat i do and im 14 :D
