I need a training schedule, program and diet

ok chili125 thanks for your comments again :)... We will see if this will work or not. :) So what do the other readers think about the training program of chili125? I think it looks like wisely to start.

That is not brad pitts workout.

He is rich, And would have a good personal trainer,

A good personal trainer would not give someone this sort of program.

1 - he is not doing any leg exercises
2 - he is not restricted to monday -friday workouts (its not like he has an office job)
3 - he is not working his upper traps
4 - he would have to do more cardio than 45mins per week

hmm. you are right. but maybe the article might not give the program fully but only a few detail. Who knows? I think the best thing is to do it and after that wait and see :). or maybe something more suitable??

Superset 4 does work on your legs, not as complex as deadlifts but again you are just starting out. Manofkent makes a good point, my routine was (is still)
only 3 days a week because I do have an office job and a family I have to make time for. It really is a very solid beginners routine though.

Training periods? dont know if you mean workouts of buking and cutting phases.

Depends what your goals are. my workouts last 90min in tot with warm up and cool down. +20mins CV when cutting.

my cutting and bulking phases last how ever long they need to. In the summer I drink more and eat bad foods when with friends. so cutting is longer and bulking is shorter.

When I change phase, I have a traget weight, or waist size, then the very day I reach that goal, I change phases.

jep they are important too but i heard that the longer time periods after 45 min a day can harm the muscles. I heard smt. about that. isn't it true?

Im curious. Have you started training yet? I've skimmed 3 of the 5 pages and I didn't catch were you started moving weight yet. If I missed it I apologize.

You've been given some good info to start, it's time to figure out somethings on your own. We'll all be here when questions come up but you do need to figure out the gym, exercises, reps, sets, time frame for training....have fun and do somethings you enjoy even if it's not "optimal". You'll learn far more in the gym about what works for you than you will reading posts from us.

In health,

in here it is cold and snowy so i'm waiting for the spring to start the exercises again. this is why i would like to hear as many suggests as possible. :) Of course i will take suggests from my exercise coach in gym. But in here, not all the coaches are qualified, sometimes they don't understand what you want, and even when you say what you want, they write the same program of another person in gym whose target is to become different from what you want. So with the suggest of yours, i can show them to my coaches so they can understand me and also with a few changes on this training program, i can find my real program and later, i can share it with the forum users in here :).
