Ha ha ha Dr Ray!!!!!
I have just finished watching Dr 90210 and I LOVE it!!! We have Sky plus digital (like Foxtel Platinum) here in London and I record the whole series and watch them when I have a moment spare :) I would love a tummy tuck from Dr Ray as he does the most amazing work :) He is a little odd through and his wife looks very "plastic". I think if I went for a tummy tuck I would want everything done after that as I know what I am like- once one thing is perfect I would focus on something else :( Never mind! I would also wait until I have had kids as otherwise it will just mess my stomach up later- grrrrrrr. ha ha ha

Glad you have re-focused Yukio and keep looking to the future and what you CAN achieve. Dr Phil say's that after you do something for 4 weeks it becomes a habbit and it is SO MUCH easier to do it automatically- I have to agree 100% as cohen's was SUPER hard to start with but now with time going on I am finding it to be second nature.

Take care sweet

Yeah I want a tummy tuck to lol. So much loose skin from having my little one. So i think that what Im going to do is wait until we move back to the states. Im thinking I dont want to have any other baby. My little one I feel is enough for me but the hubs wants another one and I dont think I can do it >.< So im going to have to work on him lol. I think one more would be ok its just I want to work when we go home and if we have another one it will suck cause I will have 2 babies and my grandparents to take care of and because he is in the navy then he wont be home. Im stressing lately over it. So who knows.
Well ok so Im having a tummy tuck eventually :) And get the flatness going on. OHHHH YEAHH BABE

Im so thankful that I am now under 200lbs. I have not been under 200lbs since I had the babin and when I was pregos with her. So over 2 years I have been over 200lbs. We have decided to try and have a baby. So im going to try and get back down to 170 or less if I can be september and then I will have to go off the diet. So goal has changed but I will get down eventually.
Reason being for trying to have a baby in September is that my husband wants another but I cannot have a baby when we get back to the states and he returns to sea duty. Which means Is that he might have 6 months with us out of the 2 years he will have left. And it wont be all together. And in order to make sure we return back to the states at the end of this tour is to make sure we have some time to get all paperwork done. Because the baby will be born in another country which im a little scared of. I dont want to wait to have another one with a big gap in age and neither does the hubs.
So well embarking on another journey but I will be ok. Going to get down to hopefully less then 170 and then have a baby and after im not pregos I will start the diet again. Im hoping that the one I have will continue to be good. But if not I might take that payment again just to get down again.
Well hope all is well. Have a great one everyone :blush5:

Why can't you try to have a baby now? Then if you are pregnant, you can ask the office to temporarily put your program on hold.

The timing in it. I wouldnt be able to go home for a visit at christmas time because of the fact that they wouldnt want me to fly. My doctor said better for September. And that way we have the visit home and then the next trip home we might be able to have all the paperwork done.

So I contacted the Cohen Clinic and they told me that they cannot put a hold on my diet. So when we have the baby I will just continue with the meal plan that I have now and then have to go back on the Cohens paying the full amount. I dont mind to much because we want to have another baby. I just feel that maybe I should be able to put the diet on hold if I give proof of being pregnant or something. Ehh ohh well.

On another note. Even though I have had to eat more I have maintained my weight for a week lol. I have started exercising with this group of crazy ladies lol. So im totally doing what I can lol.

Well hope all you ladies and mens are having a great week. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for supporting me.

Why do you have to eat more? I've missed something I think. You are not pregnant now are you Yukio?
Cohen's was originally designed to help women with their fertility by getting their hormones in balance & I would recommend going on Cohen's 100% until you have lost as much as you can before you wish to get pregnant and then eating healthily during the pregnancy.
From my own experience being pregnant when you are over-weight makes the pregnancy & the birth so very much harder. Please don't do as I did & eat enough for you & 3 babies! It will also be much harder to commit to a 'diet' with a small baby in tow.

It's up to you what you do with your life & your body but the sooner you take control & responsibility the better for yourself. Whatever you choose Yukio be happy. Our support will always be here. Cheers, Cate

Yukio, I think you are changing focus again. I am finding it hard to follow.

Is it a sudden decision to have a second child? You started the diet on 1st Jun and mid July (after all the turmoil on deviations etc), there is a decision to have a 2nd child in Sep. I am guessing maybe it is due to a sudden army work arrangement that is creating so much disturbances?

After you said that you need to have a 2nd child in Sep and promise to yourself that you will be 100% on Cohen until then, now you wrote that you are eating more than Cohen program??????!!!! What is going on? It is confusing me.

I hope my post is not offending you. You don't have to answer to it if you are uncomfortable. I am just concern whether you are making the right decision.

Sorry. Pregos and cannot follow the diet a 100 percent. Called the clinic and they said to just double the amount. And add snacks. Sorry I guess I should have said that. As well as the issues with the military timing right now is important. So im already pregnant. Sorry. It was a surprise but not a bad one.

Yukio, just look after yourself as well as you can, and follow what they have told you to do now that you are pregnant.

You're still young, and once this is over and done you can get back to being as healthy as you want to be with your two little babies.

It's not a bad thing that you did this and followed the plan so far, because you know have knowledge that I sure didn't at your age, and you know what to do to keep on top of your diet and weight if you ever want to. What I wouldn't have given to know all that 20 or 30 years ago! I have tried lots of other things with little avail, but finding this has been an incredibly powerful tool for me.

I hope all your plans work out for you. You've obviously had to go through a lot following hubby around with his career. For some it's a lot harder because of issues like that, but you will have lots of experiences together and enjoyment to look back on over the years.

Hey Yukio

Just dropping by to say hi! I see that you deserve a big CONGRATULATIONS on becoming pregnant. Even thought it wasn't in your initical plan I guess you just have to make the best of where you are at right now. Just think this is your final child (that you have said) so after he or she is born you can focus 100% on becoming happy and healthy again and then there will be no more major interferences :)

Take care of yourself and I hope your pregnancy goes really well with No morning sickness

Hi Yukio

I agree with Cate, don't cut out the crackers and fruit. It's hard to just follow the program to the letter. I am constantly thinking about what I could cut out to speed this process up. But actually I don't need to be thinking such things! I just need to stick with the program to the letter. I think true wisdom is being able to hold your gaze and steadily progress towards your goal. It's hard. It takes patience and trust and all sorts of virtues.

Anyway, I understand where you're at and I hope you can just resolve to stick with it 100% even when you feel impatient. I am trying to do the same!

28+1 x

Hello Everyone

Hello. I know it has been a long time since I have posted. Just to give everyone an update. I was pregnant but I had an early term miscarriage. Its all ok. Just threw me for a loop. However, I am pleased to say that I am going to be able to start the Cohen's diet again in 3 weeks. I had to give myself 6 weeks after having the miscarriage in order to start. So Im going to start again. And get to lose the weight. I did not gain any of the weight back so Im pretty pleased at that. So I will be back in 3 weeks >.< Have a good one everyone. Lexy

Hi Lexy

Hope your doing okay and I am sorry to hear about the miscariage. It must be very difficult to deal with that and your so brave to come back on the diet soon after.

All the best for the mean time and Good-luck.
