Okay, I was apprehensive on the diary thing. Holding myself accountable and all that. But I am in the 5 lb. club this round and I need to be responsible.

By the way my name is Melissa. I live with my BF in a SMALLLLLL town in central North Dakota. I am 19. I have no children of my own, but I have a 6 year stepson named Nathan. He does not live with us, and we miss him alot. All the time...okay anyway. Off track here.

I have never been the skinny one, or the one the guys are checkin out. Unless you them checkin out my massive breasts. Well before I lost the weight. Now I am normal. But my point is, I have just never been the one with the hot bod.ANd that isn't important to me, bc my BF loves my body. I just think that I eat like food is leaving the planet tomorrow. I smoke. And I bite my nails. I am a mess. I really need to clean up my act. But one thing at a time and I chose the weight. I gotta get back to work now. I wish everyone their dreams come true so we can live til we're 90!! Ha. And I am doing this diary for support AND criticism. So PLEASE FEEL FREE!!!!!!!!!! ;)
 
Okay today was .....well pretty good. I need to go grocery shopping tonight!
11am-2 boiled eggs
2pm--cereal(had to 2% milk-was out of skim)
6pm--Fish and (gulp) scalloped potatoes,small portion!!

That was okay I guess, as long as I get on the treadmill...
 
Oh-I know. I never do. But today was hectic, and I am still going to Applebee's and wanted to save my weight watcher flex points for that. I know eating a 11 o'clock isn't that good...but oh well. check in tomorrow! good luck
 
I went to college in St. Paul, MN and my roommate's boyfriend was from Beach, ND. He would always tease me about being from FL. One day I had had it with the teasing, so I said to him, "At least when we talk about a "beach," we have one!"
I hope you are enjoying a beautiful fall. We've just moved to SC and I'll let you know when fall shows up!

Yes, it is beautiful here in the fall. All the pretty leaves. But we had a bad snow storm a couple weeks ago, and so there all these tree branches laying around all over town. But still it is pretty!!
 
Last night ate about 40 ww points at applebee's. And anyone not familiar with the point system, I am only supposed to have 20 a day! OOPS. But today is a fresh start. and I am staying away from those leftovers in the fridge.
 
But I am the cook at work today, and I just HAVE to sample my food before I feed it to the residents, right??

KC- I think that WW is the easiest plan so far. You could whatever-just in moderation. I love that. Although sometimes I have trouble with the moderation part. HAHA
 
Just keep trying to do your best. A friend at work said that Applebee's has a ww menu section.....why didn't you order from that???? Come on girl...hehehehe just trying to help. But..the good thing...you have leftovers!
 
How do you like WW? Is it hard? I've heard SO many good things about it!!

keep up the good work - get back on track! Just stic to the WW menu from now onand you'll be fine!!
 
I know I know...but I didn't want the damn WW selection!! (whaaaaa!!!)

Alright jeez, next time I'll have the stupid little sandwhich that comes with a slice of pineapple- not yummy ummy fries. :mad:

10am-cereal skim milk 3pts
2pm--2 turkey sandwhiches on SL bread 4pts
3pm--SmartOnes Dessert 3pts
6pm--ham 3pts,sweetpotatoes ??pts, broccoli 0pts
later I don't know yet...

I'm quitting smoking with April. 3 cigs today . (yaaaaaay) :rolleyes:
 
Maybe just cut the pineapple in long strips and put ketchup on it :D Scrappy's right, you are worth it. Once you see that then it is so much easier to leave the bad stuff alone. Keep up the good work and don't get worried when you mess up, we all do it. Just get right back up on the horse and keep your eyes on your goal.

6pm--cherry turnover 6pts
8pm--SmartONes dinner 4pts, reduced fat PB toast 5pts

Now if I can just say NO the rest of the night I will be perfect.
I have about 32 oz more water to drink...

Thank you 4ME, I needed that. Now it is time to get back on my horse and ride all the way to skinnyland.ha
Scrappy, that pineapple-ketchup thing wouldn't be too bad in a weak moment...
 
Hey there Sweetie!!!!....Dont you have flex points so that you can sometimes "get away" with eating them fries??....AND you can add more points if you exercise!!!!
Do you go to meetings??
