I want to work out but I'm so tired. Work drains me. I think it's the heat. I'm hungry but i don't want to eat. I ate some nasty salty popcorn at softball tonight and I feel bad about it.


Breakfast - protien shake, peach
Lunch - grilled chicken salad with many vegetables
dinner - popcorn:(

For pity's sake, Kitty. Sometimes, these low cal days are just what's needed to fluctuate the intake and keep the body from adapting, but I certainly hope you don't eat like this all the time. That kind of day is best for once a month.
 
Today hasn't gone well food wise.

I had half a bagel with cream cheese, and some muskmelon, and some orange juice.

366 calories.

I'm going out to Applebees with some coworkers later so I'll try to get some more in then.

Don't yell at me, I promise I'll try to eat more tomorrow, today just wasn't a good day for it.
 
all u are eating is junk(ahem ahem)
try to get your cals from "Real food",eating low cals like 500/800 will make your body to go in starvation mode,u will retain water and it will be hard for u to lose weight and body fat%age
its not cals what matters its the source it comes from
just being a bit helpful:)
 
I know it wasn't good food, hence the first sentence of the post. I thought it better to eat something though, and that's what I had.

I know she, I was just trying to prevent future possible yelling:)
 
So this last weekend was the last weekend of my summer, so I thought, why not start it on Wednesday?
So I had a total weekend party blowout and it was amazing! Couldn't think of a better way to end my summer.

I didn't eat very well, but I did get a lot of cardio in, and I mean a lot! I danced my ass off every night, haha. Especially last night, I went to work and it was a dance party, so I danced for two hours straight. Then my boss and I went to a club and I danced for another three and a half hours, stopping only once to get some water. I wasn't even drinking! It was great, I'm a terrible dancer.

So I had a few drinks, and made a few stops at Taco Bell, but I feel great. And those of you who know what's going on know I haven't felt good for awhile now. I just feel really good about everything, I'm on like a natural high, I'm running on pure adrenaline. I feel like I was wearing a big coat of the way things were for two years, and the last five weeks have only been making it heavier. But this weekend I feel like it's gone, and old me is here! And no one can stop old me from doing what she wants anymore! I AM LIBERATED!

I'm losing weight. Don't know how much, haven't stepped on the scale yet.

School's taking it's toll, and so is a certain other thing.

Kitty you def need to up your caloric intake. If you don't you are just going to damage your metabolism. Stroutman81 has a great article about training your metabolism.

Do you use fitday.com at all Kitty?
