Here I am...

well...it is just taking a while....did you caclcualte your calorie needs anywhere? 1500 seems pretty low so if you dont cheat a lot you should see results. Period. It is a weight loss law....with exercise and reduction of calories(not to mention all the other smart things you are doing)you have to lose weight...if you cheat though, it really brings you down i guess....

plz,
make a descision that you wont give up this time no matter what! You came this far, dont turn back! You didnt come all this way for nothing. I'm rooting for you, kit!

believe it...

I second that.

Alright, I'm back. Although I don't think many people read this anyhow.

Yesterday went well.....for about ten minutes. I had peanut butter toast in the morning, resisting the taco bell leftovers, so i was pretty proud of myself. But then I went to the fair for work and had a cheeseburger, fries, and helped a client out with his onion rings. Oh, and then we had ice cream. And then I came home and had barbecue chicken and brocolli and a milkshake.

But I did play softball and ran pretty hard during.

Didn't do strength.

Big hairy surprise.

I'm guessing I've gained a few over the past week.

<<< always reads your journal :)

Yeah just ease back into the swing of things... you'll pick up the rhythm once again and off you'll go.

So I was thinking, I haven't met any of my fitness goals for the summer (you know, be hot before going back to school) In fact, I haven't even neared them. While chatting with my good friend Chris, the subject came up that I have a month until school starts. Exactly a month. 30 days. Which brought me to another thought. What can be done in 30 days? What can be done in 30 days if I stick to my workout schedule, and eat right?

So far I haven't stuck to my workout schedule for more than.....one day.

Do you think I can do it?

Yep, if I can do it, so can you. Everybody goes thru a slump. Tell yourself to get back up and go for it. You can do alot in a month.

Well you guys were wrong.

I didn't do my workout yesterday, and I ate an enchilada.

And really, nothing happened that was even remotely interesting yesterday. And that made me a little sad. usually I can come up with something, but while chatting with muscularfatman I realized I had nothing to say. And neither did he, so we just went to sleep. haha.

Anyway, here's foods:

Breakfast: Whey Protien shake, half of a big ass peach
Lunch: Tuna w/light mayo on whole wheat bread, the other half of that huge peach
Lunch 2: Turkey burger with a slice of swiss, grilled zucchini
Dinner: Chicken Enchilada, milk

I was doing good until Dinner.

1337 cals, 36% carbs, 34% protein, 31% fat...that adds up to 101%. I'm beginning to doubt the accuracy of fitday.....

Also my weigh in was today.

Dec: 166
March: 154
7/6/06: 161
7/13/06: 159
7/20/06: 159
7/27/06: 161....guess i'm starting over

It might be 101% due to the way the numbers are rounded.

Have you returned to working out yet? If not, maybe it's something to think about (a gentle nudge in the right direction :)).

Yeah Whats Up KittY?? We're both slacking big time!! Im updating my diary, so I thought I would check on your!!! LETS GET IT TOGETHER CHICKY!! :D

I did softball last night and made a point of running everytime I go out on the field like I used to.

This morning I had a protien shake and fruit for breakfast. I had trouble finishing it, but Shells and Mike were there for support.

I hate this whole, you have to eat to lose thing. The only time I was ever thin was when I was 13 and not eating at all.

Ok, I'm going to go pack a healthy lunch. No promises on the cardio:)
