Herbalife Not Working!!!! Please Help

Other than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

On other posts I've mentioned this before, but I tried the Herbalife stuff when I was young and naive, before I learned how the body works. I think it's a crock of poo, personally. You can reach into your pocket to pay for an "easy" way, or you can just get the willpower and dedication to work at it, and lose it the "hard" way. I personally find it "easier" to eat real food and work out than to pay out the nose for pills and powders. When I did Herbalife, I stuck to it for a couple of weeks and felt like crap. I felt sickly, tired, and actually overhydrated. I was peeing constantly. Since I was in high school at the time, it wasn't like I could just up and go to the bathroom any old time I wanted, I had to either use up one of my limited passes during class, or attempt to go during a passing period and try not to be late for class. My mom knew I was wasting my money, but she let me get it anyway because I think she wanted me to learn a lesson. It was my money I earned at my part time job that I spent, so it was my money that I lost. If y'all want to try it, whatevs, your life, but I think it's stupid, and this isn't a good forum to advertise on cause it's against the forum's rules. Your links will be deleted and you'll be regarded as just another spammer. You won't succeed in hooking in TOO many people around here, because the serious people here won't buy into it. :spam:
 
Any kind of weight-loss supplement is a scam. They all say "hey, take this and you'll lose all this weight (with diet and exercise)." Of course you'll lose weight with diet and exercise, so you don't need any extra stuff. They target the folks who want to lose weight and not actually get up and move around and do the work. I know if there was a diet like that, I'd buy nine of them.

hiii, thanks for awnsering, i weigh 61kgs, 1.60cm height, i just wanted to loose 5 kgs , im 25. it cant be that difficult.you really think i should cut herbalife????? i cant believe ive been on this for so many weeks and nothing, its really depressing, because you change all ure habits,leave food, eat once a day, and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Omma and anybodyelse who wants to lose their weight, you need to be dicipline and consistence on how your diets method suggest you, ecspecially if you had come to your doctor. Or maybe if you need a product that can help you, you can find out **spam**

I think you should just do a more basic diet where you eat at regular intervals, thereby you do not starve yourself, and it will also increase your metabolism. Just avoid carbs, and also do around an hour of cardio exercises every day, This should help for sure.
 
Oh hoho, it's funny seeing other herbapushers being a new herbapusher myself. First thing you must remember, Herbalife is not a diet in a can, it's nutrition in a can. What you do with it is the diet.Everyone bloody person's different and obviously the same thing on 2 people will have differing results. That's why it's a powder formula, so very adjustable. Mix it up, add more or less depending on what your "wellness coach" advises. Hopefully they don't responds with. "UH let me call you back, I have no clue."

Basically means they didn't do any independent research. With all that Energy the Herbal Tea Concentrate gave them? Seriously? Be knowledgeable in what you stick in your mouth and doubly knowledgeable in what you advise others to stick in their mouth.

there is no quick fix!

hi guys, first of all just wanna say i am really excited in participating this forum, since this is my first post.. hehe..

anyhow, my opinion is that in weight loss, there is no quick fix! meal replacements and calorie counting really doesnt work! I was reading a study they have done comparing the different kinds of diet, and they found out that the average weight loss over a year was 10lbs!

so i think in order for any of us to live a healthier life we have to watch what we put into our bodies, moderate exercise, and get our metabolism back to normal!
 
it doesn't work for me either
if you calculate the amount of calories, it's low, that's why I think I don't lose weight
herbalife is a big dissapointment, it's also an starvation diet and you don't lose any pound, what a waste of money
 
Around 3 year ago all my family tried Herbalife without any noticeable results. Now these days appetite suppressants and fat binders are way better for weight loss. :)
 
I tried herbalife, the shake it was kinda pricey for me though. I mean first time I tried it my body was totally shocked. I was not disciplined enough back then so I did not follow the program, I end up not losing any pounds. Then after I quit, I lacked sleep and was busy studying and then all stress out, I lost couple of pounds...:)

Thats not true I have been on a "diet" since January and have lost 85 pounds as of this morning. I have been taking a supplement since January. There are some out there that do work, and I have found one. Yes, of course, you have to have a lifestyle change and get up off your booty. But, there are some that work. I have tried Herbalife, a long time ago, and it worked for maybe 2 months and then I just stopped losing. This is the only one I have found that actually works for any significant time and continues to work. I tried just dieting and exercise and I fell short everytime. And then frustration set in and I was eating again. I even took Phen/fen when it was big and GAINED weight! I started selling this supplement 3 weeks ago, because I believe in it, I had to lose weight on it before I started selling it. Believe it or not, this stuff works.

I don't understand why/how folks say they've tried to diet and exercise and it doesn't work. It's physically impossible to not burn fat following a healthy diet and consistent exercise, assuming you've taken the time to do the research and learn how to do it properly.

Everyones body and metabolism is different. I am just posting my experiences with weightloss and what has worked for me. I have been dieting since I was 12. I have gained and lost and gained 100's of pounds. People get frustrated when they aren't losing enough weight and not fast enough. Thats just fact. There is no miracle pill out there, and probably never will. Sometimes you need a little boost to get you going and or keep losing. Thanks for your comments, everyone has their opinion and I respect yours! :bigear:
 
I use meal supplements occasionally when i get busy and i cna't think about what to eat. If you are organized and make sure you always have the food you need available then you don't need supplements. It does take some effort. Funny how you need to think so much about food when you are loosing weight!
