And the most importent thing: Reach a higher activity level. Michael Phelps eats 12000 calories a day! But he´s still slim:)
 
just use Turbo Jam, it works. There's no way to loose wait seating on a couch... you gotta do some workout. Actually, the results when you exercise are a lot better than taking only these herbalife things. For me they sell the brand... too pricey for what it is. You can have a good diet without torturing yourself.

hiii, thanks for awnsering, i weigh 61kgs, 1.60cm height, i just wanted to loose 5 kgs , im 25. it cant be that difficult.you really think i should cut herbalife????? i cant believe ive been on this for so many weeks and nothing, its really depressing, because you change all ure habits,leave food, eat once a day, and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding to your situation, I am wondering if you only have a moderate amount of formal meal each day and not too much, and also if you take any snacks? According to the average for male, the amount of calorie that a male requires per kg per day, is about 35 calories for light worker, 40 for medium worker, and 45 for heavy worker. So for example if you are a medium worker, then the amount of calorie your body requires per day is 40 x 61 = 2440 calories.

Therefore, if your formal meal contains too many calories, then it would be like it's compensating for the less calories of the other two meals. When the calories of the three meals add up, the total amount of calorie might be too close to the amount of calorie your body requires each day. As a result, your body would have enough calories from the meals and does not need to consume the calories from the break down of fatty tissues. So probably only very little or almost no weight is lost.
 
not working for me either

I started last Saturday only down 2 lbs which I don't think is enough . think I was really looking for a quick fix Because this is what Herbalife promotes.I'm starting to think that nothing works beside healthy eating and excercises.I will finish my month supply and see what happen but I really thing this will be my last order.
 
There are no quick fixes...at least none that are permanent. As mal said, it's about changing your lifestyle and your approach to nutrition/activity. For the WL to be permanent, the lifestyle change also has to be permanent.

I wish there was a magic pill I could take that would let me lose weight while I watch TV and eat pizza. I'd totally take it. However, there's not and probably never will be!
 
I honnestly think

that i will be asking for a refund. This diet sucks.I lost 2 lbs in one week. lost more than that on weight watcher eating real food. I really wanted to try it and I did I really don't think its for me.Yet I know that those diet dont' work. I had mention to my rep about drinking a few beers on this diet. She said yes you can she said I have one cheat day per week and I usually have 7-8 beers. I was stund when she said that.Mine you I didn't drink and the weight still didn't come off.So I wonder who are selling us this product they are not educated to do so.

You could easily lose 2 lbs in a week while eating real food, not being hungry all the time or craving all the stuff you're not allowed to eat, and without having to pay money for it. Make sure you put less calories in than you burn, and you're half way there. Use the money for some new clothes once you made it where you want to go.
 
I take

the replacement meal twice a day and the Herbal Tea Concentrate.I'm good all day its after my supper that I get Hungry.This is what my coach told me to buy. Thanks
 
I heard from friends that Herbalife works well on them! I am being tempted to try it out after hearing their comments. Maybe I should think again after reading this thread lol
 
I remember first hearing about Herbalife last year. I'm glad to see some feedback on it. Just remember though not one program is for everybody. No kidding. I've been average 1-2 lbs a week...sometimes 3-4 lb weeks just eating healthy, moderate portions of real food and here's the kicker--working out. I used every excuse when I was almost 300 lbs too of why moderate food intake and exercise wouldn't work for me and those were the times i was most tempted to try the 'quick fix'. I'm happy to say 78 lbs and 8 months later that I was wrong! And the kicker is you get to like working out and you do it in lieu of other things. For example, I don't watch tv all that much anymore, but that's ok...I get some recreational value and feel great after working out!

Any diet is only as good as the person following it, but if you can look at this more long term and lose 1-2 lbs a week eating normal, tasty, healthy foods and exercising, why wouldn't you choose that instead?

Herbalife worked great for me!!! The important thing that you must remember, is that you MUST stick to the program as it is presented to you. Its working for me

I've been on Herbalife for two weeks and I feel great. I've lost half a stone inches off my chest and waist, but the most important thing is I feel alive again, no more power naps for me.

Everyone needs their own calculation of what to consume throughout the day and stick to it, otherwise you will be just cheating yourself.
