Herbalife Not Working!!!! Please Help

hi ive been on herbalife for nearly 2 months and i havent lost 1kg...can anyone please tell me if this is normal???, ive read everywhere that you loose min 3 kgs the 1st month.I mean come on it is a difficult diet, replacing 2 meals a day, and no weight loss???? i really dont get it. if eating 2 shakes a day and q healthy meal is not enough than please tell me what is.
anything helps here, advice really needed.

i'd say ditch the herbalife -and go for what's been proven to work -healthy eating, reasonable calories and reasonable exercise - and save your money for a kick ass new wardrobe :D

What are your current stats (age/gender/height/weight) and what is your goal?

My bet would be that your calories are just too low -that can be as problematic as having too high calories...
 
hiii, thanks for awnsering, i weigh 61kgs, 1.60cm height, i just wanted to loose 5 kgs , im 25. it cant be that difficult.you really think i should cut herbalife????? i cant believe ive been on this for so many weeks and nothing, its really depressing, because you change all ure habits,leave food, eat once a day, and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you read arond the forum, you'll find we're not real big fans of any type of diet that requires you to reach into your pocketbook -those tend to not lead to permanent results - what does is a lifestyle change to get you to the weight you want tobe and stay there..

I think I converted th metric to

135 lbs and about 5'3 - which is in the healthy weight range - so it does become a little tougher

A simple calculation of your bmr -is about 1450 calories -that's the approximate number of calories you'd need in a day to maintain your weight by just breathing..

I would suggest getting an account at and keeping track of your calories and then reading around the forum for some workout advice

Make it work for you...

If you find that you are not losing weight with the herbalife diet, then look at the inches you are losing. If you have been on the plan for that long you should have seen a physical difference. Most that do not see changes do not drink the recommended water requirements, rule of thumb is at least 8-8oz glasses of water everyday. Cut out the toxins like sodas, coffee, and sugar enriched drinks. Weight loss will come, but inches should be first. It helps to have at least three small protein snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Hope this helps!
 
I can't tell if herbalifeguy26 is a herbalife pusher or something entirely new that I don't even know about yet.

How I lost weight and how you can do it too

Hey there, I struggled at first but started to lose weight when I found this I lost 2 pounds in the first week and steadily continued. I learned that it is about replacing bad habits with new healthy habits that you can stick with, instead being on a "diet" or working out like grazy for one week.

I think the most important thing you can do is to write down everything you eat and measure it. For example I thought I was eating healthy but I was eating too much carbs and way too much fat (50-70 grams when I should have kept it under 30 grams).

Educate yourself and learn to make healthy choices. I did it and you do it too...good luck, Matti

Many of us, who wanted to lose weight, always wanted to hope for fast results. Yes, with Herbalife shakes you can have the best results and fast results, but it will still depends on you.. yourself! Why? Below are the things you may want to follow if you wanted fast results.

* Consistent in taking the shakes, 2 shakes to replace 2 meals and take 1 normal meal. Do not try to skip any of your meals!
* No off day for weekends! (Must continue 2 shakes 2 replace 2 meals and 1 normal meal)
* Make sure the amount of F1 is sufficient. Recommended 4 scoops F1 per shake.
* Drink plenty of plain water 3-4 liter per day is the best
* When preparing the shakes, use only plain water, do not add with yogurt/milk/soy milk.
* Avoid snacking unhealthy food like junkies, sweets, chocolates..etc etc..
* Avoid sweet drinks like nescafe, milo, horlicks, soft drinks, can drinks.. etc etc..
* Replace the temptation of snacking by taking additional shakes or snack healthy snacks like Lemon & Whey Protein Bar / Soy Roasted Nuts
* In between if you feel hungry, take additional shakes or drink plain water
* Exercise, do not need to do extreme exercise.. just by walking and fast walking will do. Make it an effort of walking 10-20 minutes per day.

Daily Menu To Follow For Best Results

Menu 1
Breakfast = Shake
Lunch = Normal Lunch (With your colleagues/workmates)
Dinner = Shake

Menu 2

Breakfast = Shake
Lunch = Shake
Dinner = Normal Dinner (With your family)

How to make the shake? For 1 meal
1) Put in water 400ml
2) Put 4 scoops F1 into the shaker
3) Put 2 scoops F3 into the shaker (If you have)
4) CLose the cover and shake to dissolve.
5) Drink the shake within 15 minutes in order to avoid the nutritions are gone.


How to make the shake when feeling hungry or feels like snacking?

how about soup?!

hello, all you drink shaking people out there. how come you guys are having this urge to spend so much money for shakes that replace a "regular" meal? - here's my suggestion: prepare yourself a nice soup! use fresh veggies, thats the very best, of course. If you don't have the time or don't wanna prepare it yourself, use (almost) any soup from the supermarket.
you'll save hundreds of dollars while your body still loses POUNDS!
 
I heard that if you only eat while a midget is beating you in the face with a herring that has been sitting out in the sun for 10 days that you won't absorb any of the calories that you are eating.

What herbalife program are you on? just the shakes or are you taking a complete system such as the ultimate program? You need to take your vitamins 3 x a day, plus 2 shakes per day, and balanced meal 1 x day, and maybe 2 fruit/vege snacks if still hungry. To accelerate the results you can add the protein powder and the thermogenic tea. The aloe vera is also beneficial to increase the results. If you try and walk a bit each day that may help you out of your plateau. But make sure you are taking the aloe vera in the morning, and the vitamins from the ultimate pack 3 x day evenly spaced, so in the morning, lunchtime and dinner time. I hope this helps cheers!

Herbalife products are not working. They may work in the first few weeks and then you come back to basics. Nobody want to buy this products. I am using it for more then seven months only because, I lost my money in it and now I have it for entire next year or more. I was one of their distributors. It is worthless. :ack2:
 
Okay I see that people are mix on what they think on Herbalife. Like all diets Herbalife does work for some people. If it did not work than people would not have lost 100lbs or lost 25lbs and got rid of pain.

Also, if eating healthy and exercise are so convenient than why dont more people do it. I know that an Herbalife shake is cheaper than a meal. So you do save money over time if you are consistent.

All diets work well with some people and not so well with others.

People who disagree with Herbalife, that is fine and it is your opinion.

My advice is you ask your sponsor or wellness coach why you are not losing weight and try to work a plan so you stay consistent.
You might be on a wrong program considering YOUR sponsor should make a program that specializes your needs. So there might me a lack of commnication.

There are a LOT of us who disagree with Herbalife for 2 good reasons. First, real, lasting, weight loss results from a diet of whole, real foods, not chemical nutrients that mimic real food. Second, a whole lot of folks lost more money than weight in the Herbalife multi-level marketing scheme. So, don't be surprized to see negative posts re: Herbalife.:argue:
 
From a former herbalife user...ditch it. spend your money on new clothes and start counting your calories. I lost way more weight conciously eating then I ever did spending my hard earned cash on shakes and suppliments. Sure, the promotional videos are facinating...motivating even...but real results happen when you change your lifestyle not you checking account balance.

i have had Herbalife in my life since i was 9... at the age of 18 i weighed over 420lbs. and went on the products after speaking to my mum pleading for help as i was about to do something very silly. anyone who wants to know my story i will post it.. however in 18 months on the products i lost
