forearm ext
forearm curls

cooldown/stretching

was a good workoutt! :D
 
intense cardio circuit

3 rounds, 30 seconds of each with a 60 second rest at the end of each round:
burpees
jumping jacks
split jumps
burpees
jumping jacks
mountain climbers


stopped after three rounds.. heart was racing out of my chest lol... plus it was close to supper time :p great workout tho, I feel it getting easier.. also i took less rest time than before.

great cardio workout wow

- My abs took a beating haha

talking about abs.. my belly has subsided quite some bit... but there is still flab on the bottom of my belly, and I was wondering if there was any particular ab exercise to remove it, or will that fat subside over time? Does the lower belly fat take longer to come off?

Theres nothing you can do to make it go away by ityself. Its usually the last to go for most people and will just take time. Its only been a couple of months.
 
true lol, only been 2 months... i still cant believe i went from 210 to 180.... never knew i could do that... how long do you think it will take for me to get a lean body? or at least no lower belly fat

2x7 biceps curls (my arms just werent feeling right today, so I took off a set)
3x8 triceps curls

forearm curls
forearm extensions

quick core circuit (3x):
5 pushups
10 crunches

cool down / stretching

I made the best salad ive had in a while for lunch today:
green leaves
red onions
green peppers
cucumbers

carrots
couple bits of cheddar cheese

so tastyyy

3x10 - calf raises
3x8 - bench presses
3 negative chin ups
3 negative pull ups
3x8 - upright rows
3x7 bicep curls
3x7 triceps curls

superset:
forearm ext
forearm curls

quick circuit (4x - no rest between sets):
5 pushups
15 chinnies

cool down/stretching

great workout lol!
 
I am doing a mild-workout today because later on I will be jogging with my girlfriend.

Therefore:

warmup

3x7 deadlifts

crunches

no rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between set.
Did it three times, I felt like I could do it 4 times but did not want to push myself. Next time Ill be able to do 4 times no doubt. I am breathless but I recover a lot quickly than I did a month ago.

How are the chin ups coming??? Have you tried the full version lately???

I got this book a couple months ago and i really like it. You could learn a lot from it imo.

I can do 3 full chin ups, but after that I am unable to do pullups which in my opinion are harder. so in a few weeks im hoping ill be able to do pull ups, its getting easier and easier as the weeks fly by. i cant wait till summer comes so i can run outside. I think ill see a lot of results when I diminish my body fat, i can feel that my abs are strong and that my other muscles are too, I just need to take off some more fat! and for that i need cardio! lol plus i live in a beautiful village, so during summer it is really nice to run outside, so i cant wait!
