Henry's workout journal

this morning I woke up and did 20 pushups, 30 crunches and 50 chinnies

breakfast: one serving of oatmeal, with a glass of soy milk
snack: trail mix ( i love it )
lunch: leftover curry with a raw carrot and half a green pepper
snack: an apple
supper: chili with rice, salad (greens, cabbage, tomato, carrots)

bodyweight workout:

circuit (3x):
22 squats
20 pushups
25 jumping jacks
25 mountain climbers
5 chin ups
12 burpees
25 jumping jacks
25 mountain climbers

core circuit (3x):
30 crunches
50 chinnies
12 russian twists

man that core circuit owned me big time, the main circuit was really good too, i love doing mountain climbers rather than just jumping jacks, coz JJ's are so boring
