Oh my heck peoples! I jumped on the scale at the gym and found out that my home scale is completely broken!!! I weighed in at 179---and that was at 5:00 in the afternoon!! Yippee!!!

I'm sorry to report that I have done a bad job on both today and yesterday. My days at work have been CRAZY busy, with trainings (my poor throat is hurting from talking so much) and meetings. I've drunk a boat load of water, but couldn't get back to my office to eat anything. Sorry to let you down team. Whatever next week's challenge may hold I WILL deliver!

Good luck to everyone on the weigh in on Friday! I'm going to Curves at 9:00 to weigh in, wish me luck!
 
I was pretty bad today, ate breakfast, then waaaay too much at dunch. (in between lunch and dinner) But, I played in 5 games of intense amazing hard and fun volleyball today, and drank about 3 nalgene's during the game. (that's A LOT of water :D) Can't wait for tomorrow's weigh in! Keep mo eveyone!
 
Well I can't believe it. I pulled out a 1 pound loss out of this week. Sorry it's down from last week but at least it's something!! Next week will hopefully be alot better when TOM is over! Hope everybody else is doing good!! GO VAMPS!!
 
Well, another .5:mad: I just don't get it!!!!!! All the exercise and eating right, and this is all I could Loose. Maybe next week. Ya'll keep up the GREAT work and have a GREAT one:D Drink your WATER:D
 
A half pound is GREAT girl!! I'm proud of you. The thing with womens bodies is that it sucks to be a woman when you're trying to loose weight. There are so many factors working against you on any given day, water retention, TOM, blah, blah, blah. Who knows? But I'm proud of you so don't be discouraged! *big hug*
