Hey Xorie, It sounds like you had a GREAT weekend! I just knew you'd be off playing vollyball! But 14 games??? Wowsa!!

Kaitie, OMG, A wheeble!? I laughed out loud at that! However, with all the weight you've been dropping, I *seriously* doubt you look like a wheeble!

And OHD, I'm so glad to see the Vampires are taking control!!

Alright I am back for the attack! I went alittle wayward on the weekend with my plan. My water intake was up, only due to the massive dehydration caused by the amount of beer and cider I drank! I am still on track. I had to spend a day getting myself back together though. Whenever I'm hungover I just binge out and eat way too much really bad food! I put back on the pound I had lost by Sunday and have taken it back off by this morning! YAY. It was just alittle hitch in my getalong, as we used to say in Texas! Looks like we are all doing good! By Friday I'll be down another pound (hopefully). WOOWOO! You go girls and boys!! WELCOME to our new member Spectra!!

I'm feeling fat...you ever get that? I totally don't know why, I'm 18.5 pounds lighter than I was but I still see the fat girl in the mirror---I caught my reflection on Sunday and totally thought "If this is how I look now, imagine what I looked like 18.5 pounds ago." I guess I'm afraid that I'm not going to make my goal of 183.5 pounds by October 2. I know I still have 12 1/2 days and I guess the world wouldn't end if I missed the mark--although I'd be really bummed. I'm totally going to go pyscho at the gym tonight because I can't go tomorrow. I want to do 10 miles on the bike, 150 sit-ups and maybe some new exercise that will confuse my body...maybe for my inner thighs. *crosses fingers and toes* I was really trying to meet my goal early....now I'm just hoping to get there in time.

M2M: I'm really excited for you...you're so close to 199--I hope you get there quickly!
 
I have been counting my water on paper..cause my computer died on me so I'm using the crappy one! Would tea count as part of my daily water?

Kaitie - what? No water?? Girl, drink that water!! The water is the only thing I've done differently this week and I'm down almost 4 pounds already!!

I'm drinking tons of water...just not the full 93 ounces that are required for the challenge. I'd say I get to about 70-75 a day...close but no bananas!
 
You ARE getting close Kaitie - you CAN do it :)

I fill up 25.3 oz sports bottles of water a day and when they're gone, I know I have more then met my 102.5 oz minimum - maybe having the visual might help!
 
So far I've had two 17 ounce bottles of water and I'd say about 5 ounces of water-fountain water. Ok. I've got 54 more ounces to go. I seriously think it's hopeless...but I'm going to try.
 
You got it Katie. Try drinking one glass of water before every meal, then keep a water bottle with you all day.

Got my 100 oz in. Had another vb game. (we won, shut them out, 3-0) It was fun. I think I ate too much of some bad stuff, but i'm not eating dinner. At the moment though, I'm starving, so i'm chowing down some grapes. And they're reeeeaaaallly good and juicy. yum yum.

Can't wait for weigh in. Keep it up Vampires!
 
OK - so how did everyone do on their water today?

I got more then my share in (140 oz) I wish I could spread some to those of you who have a hard time! LOL! Wouldn't that be sweet :)

Good Morning!!!!!!! Got in my WATER yesterday and then some:D ANd Gonna start working on todays. I've been adding in my Billy Blanks bootcamp and still doing my pilates and Walking everday!!! All this better pay off :mad: :D

I got my 90.7 that I brought to work all done! I think my goal is 69.5 ounces so I'm beating it everyday! YAYY!!:D
 
Great job Kaitie! I can't wait until I get down to 184.5!! LOL I have really really buckled down today! I have changed another bad habit today. I am finding it hard since I have only allowed myself to keep a couple of things in my diet that I know I shouldn't. I have changed SOOOOO much over the past 2 years. I really don't want to always feel like I am depriving myself, but it is now obvious as I have been on a year long plateau that a couple of more changes still need to take place. So the new thing is tuna with mayo. I do tend to get it when I am out and about in town. I get a tuna mayo sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber on brown bread maybe once or twice a week. I don't tend to make it at home but on occassion I have "low-fat" mayo on my turkey sandwich. I know how high in fat it is, but I always figured that I don't really eat very much fat so this one thing is still ok to do. Today I was in town and I went to the deli and got a sliced chicken breast and salad(lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber) sandwich with no dressing on brown bread. It was great. A bit dry mind you, but it was fine and filled me up too. So there it is my newest change no more mayo! I realize the avocado and hummous are still fattening, but have nothing on the mayo! So I am trading in mayo for the lesser evils, hopefully it will help and if anything it is a bit heathier. By the way. I am kicking butt and taking names on the water scene although I am in the toilet every few minutes! I am excited about the weigh in and plan to knock off 2 lbs minimum!! GO VAMPS GO!!
