Great job Kaitie! I can't wait until I get down to 184.5!! LOL I have really really buckled down today! I have changed another bad habit today. I am finding it hard since I have only allowed myself to keep a couple of things in my diet that I know I shouldn't. I have changed SOOOOO much over the past 2 years. I really don't want to always feel like I am depriving myself, but it is now obvious as I have been on a year long plateau that a couple of more changes still need to take place. So the new thing is tuna with mayo. I do tend to get it when I am out and about in town. I get a tuna mayo sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber on brown bread maybe once or twice a week. I don't tend to make it at home but on occassion I have "low-fat" mayo on my turkey sandwich. I know how high in fat it is, but I always figured that I don't really eat very much fat so this one thing is still ok to do. Today I was in town and I went to the deli and got a sliced chicken breast and salad(lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber) sandwich with no dressing on brown bread. It was great. A bit dry mind you, but it was fine and filled me up too. So there it is my newest change no more mayo! I realize the avocado and hummous are still fattening, but have nothing on the mayo! So I am trading in mayo for the lesser evils, hopefully it will help and if anything it is a bit heathier. By the way. I am kicking butt and taking names on the water scene although I am in the toilet every few minutes! I am excited about the weigh in and plan to knock off 2 lbs minimum!! GO VAMPS GO!!
