As far as the water totals, good question Monica. I've been posting mine all over the place...my diary , JB's diary (only because I love making her proud...lol) and I think I may have posted over in the thread about the bonus points for water ... but that might have been before the actual competition began?
I'll be interested to see, where I'm supposed to be posting it as well. :D

Well, I guess I'll just try and make sure I post it in here...today I reached my goal!! YAY ME!! 94oz of water, and 94oz of pee! haha

Yesterday I had my 82 oz of WATER and Today I had 112 ozs of WATER!!!!

Hey Guys!
I've definitely been going over my half of water every day! Today was 125 oz!

I also got my endurance walk in today - so my total calories consumed for the day was less then my calories burned just by the walk :D I so need a jump start back on track, and this challenge is IT :)

You guys are doing great!!
 
ok my first day of actually dinking 132 ounces of water....whew, it was tough hopefully tomarroa will be easier!!! But anyhoo i drank it:rolleyes:

It does get easier, but it definitely requires a conscience effort to get all the water in!

But we CAN do it!!

I had my Kashi waffles this morning..yummy and brought 90.7 ounces with me today. I drank it all yesterday and plan to drink it all again today!!

In the post that you edit, on page one of this thread, you will put an asterik (*) for each day you reach your goal for Week 1 on the Bonus section.

DOES PROPEL & CRYSTAL LITE COUNT?
Yes, it counts :) Coffee wouldn't

Week 1 Sept 22: 205lbs :D

Final Weight on October 31:199
Weight Goal for challenge (lbs lost)= 11
Week 1 Bonus: - Water Challenge = 1/2 your body weight= 105oz***
Week 2 Bonus: - Colour Challenge = 5 fruits or veggies per day Done!
Week 3 Bonus: - Move Challenge = 6 nights of 30 min. exercise 5/6
Week 4 Bonus: - Television Challenge = 2 nights no TV Done, time with kids, after bedtime played chess with hubby the first night. Second night had the in-laws over to play cards.

ya did good - you just need to enter a goal... (we won't hold you to it, and please keep it realistic, but there's a bonus to the team that coms closest to their goal weight :D

yay! Glad someone finally cleared up where to post the water intake! :) Also, to our new member...those pics at the bottom of your post...is that progress that you've already made?? Do you look that good at your current weight? You're already a knockout!!

Boy, I totally did not look that good when I was over the 200 mark. Heck I still don't think I look that good. I think I'm so short that all my flab just makes me look like a wheeble.
 
Ok, so I'm finally here...sorry, had a vb tourney on saturday, then a b-day thing on Sunday, then school... sheesh...

anywho, i can definately say that I drank more than half my weight. 101 oz...I had *counts on fingers* 6 nalgeens (32oz, for a total of 192 oz) plus 2 16 oz bottles of water, and some from a drinking fountain all day. :D I am the only setter on my team, and i was in ALL 14 games we played that day. We got third place overall. :D

The next day wasn't so good, I had 4 glasses of water at the resturaunt we had brunch in. (we stayed the night at a Westin hotel for my b-day, and didn't get up until late :D) then I had fettuchinni w/ chicken. no dessert. For dinner I had some mac&cheese, a roll, some salt free french fries, and a piece of chicken. And a little ice cream with a cookie for dessert. Water intake was probably around 100, but i'm not sure.
