OHD: The new 'Strawberry Workout Video'--sounds marketable! :)

I have no idea what I weigh, my scale is messed up and the scale at the gym tells me 4 different things. I stand on it and it says 176, then as I put my hand down from moving the weights it unbalances and changes to 181, and changes again...and freakin' again!!! I have no clue.
 
I vote for 176!! :D *didn't I say that once before, was that you or somebody else?* I'm so absent minded these days. :rolleyes:

I just had to post, even after a week of birthday celebrations for Megan I STILL lost 3 pounds!! I'm not quite sure how - but I'm plenty pleased!!

I'm out of here for the day, hope everyone has a good Friday!!

Thanks you guys - I have to say, you could probably have heard me squealing when I stepped on the scale! After not losing weight last week, and all the "indulging" I did this week, I was absolutely shocked.

These bodies of ours work in mysterious ways!

Who knew exercise and moderation COULD work!
 
Star, I was looking at everyone's updates, and yours shows a 13 pound weight loss this week - are you 229 right now?
 
It looks like we're down by 10 points...and according to Mal's post, not everyone on our team recorded their exercise minutes!? We need to keep track of 'em :)

Well, I had a really bad couple of weeks. Not with weight gain or loss. I was just very down and not motivated at all. I stopped exercising for a week and was on and off with my healthy eating. Even though I really needed the encouragement I just didn't even want to come on the forum because I was so down. Now I am back!! I am ready to keep going and hopefully kick some butt this week! I didn't even know what last weeks challenge was, but I've just gone back and read it. I don't think I went a night without telly anyway so I didn't mark anything. I sleep a good 8 hours a night though so I should be OK with this weeks bonus!! Anyway I hope everybody is doing good.
 
Hey Team!!!! How ya'll doing. I did not do any exercise yesterday, I ate my veggies and fruit, I had no t.v. for two hours , and I had my WATER of course and all my sleep. :D I am going to do my Billy blanks dvd today and go for a walk Later. Feeling good so far. I can see my stomach going down.YAY!!!!!!

Ya'll stay Positive and make sure you drink your WATER!!!!!
