How is the weight loss points calculated:
Team Weight Loss.
-2 points - team gained more than .1 percent
-1 points - team gained between .01 percent and .1 percent.
0 points - team held steady - no gain no loss
1 points - team lost between .01 and .1 percent
2 points - team lost between 1.01 and 1.5 percent
3 points - team lost between 1.51 and 2.0 percent

Bonus Challenges will be revealed on a weekly basis

Well it looks like Tate hasn't made it?? It's now Thursday in jolly old England so I thought it might be ok to start posting on here now even though everyone hasn't checked in. I am off to a great start, just so everybody knows!! Had all my water yesterday and the scales have moved in the right direction today! YAY Hope everyone is doing good. This rules!! We rule!! HAHA

Yesterday I had 151 oz of water! I thought I was floating away!

We can seriously kick some excess booty on this challenge - I'm glad it's started :)
