How is the weight loss points calculated:
Team Weight Loss.
-2 points - team gained more than .1 percent
-1 points - team gained between .01 percent and .1 percent.
0 points - team held steady - no gain no loss
1 points - team lost between .01 and .1 percent
2 points - team lost between 1.01 and 1.5 percent
3 points - team lost between 1.51 and 2.0 percent

Bonus Challenges will be revealed on a weekly basis

I figured it out that i need to drink 700 oz a week... and for those of us Canadians that's 21 litres a week, at 3 litres a day... (Practiced today... drank 4 litres which was approx. 140 oz., man did I pee a lot!)

question on water

i usually have 20 ounce bottles of water to carry for work and i know how to add those up. but when i am on the road or running errands i by the bigger 1liter bottles of water to last me longer. how many ounces are in the 1 liter? i need to keep better track of this.
 
Well, I have about 22 ounces before I reach my goal and my boss has finally gone for the day so I won't get the glare when I have to walk by her office to go to the ladies loo.
This glorious friday is sucking, it raining like a monsoon outside and I got a call from the school today that my kids has head lice so I not only have th pleasure of pulling another full weekend of working but de lousing my kid and my house too. Oh yeah! At least the thought of lice turns my stomach and I'm not hungry for the moment.
 
the constant need to go the bathroom fades after about 2 weeks.. so have a little patience.. then "volume" will increase but the visits will be muchfurther apart... :D

have a glass right now that will bring me to 180 ounces for the day... I really want one more glass to to flush tonites dinner out of me... wasn't bad - all healthy stuff but one more glass of wine than i wanted.. and i definitely didnt' need the chocolate cake... but it was good - and a very small piece was just enough...
