Canon - check your post... it looks like you gained lbs - but you said you lost 2.2 (grats by the way!)

Holy crap, I lost 5 pds! BUT I'm sure some of that is water weight, I was retaining water this week. But some of it has to be fat right! :D :D

I'm super annoyed with the scale but Sifen was warning me about something in my diet yesterday - that I eat Lean Cuisine and those pre-packaged dinners for lunch all the time. I just started doing that again this week and look where it got me. Looks like I get to start packing fresh ingredients this coming week so I can drop the additional weight I need to for this challenge.

I lost a pound and am down to 170! Woot!!

Kristin, if it was sodium then that's probably just water weight and not actual weight gained... after a few days of eating unprocessed food and drinking all your water (great job on that!) you could check again and see if it's gone back? If not, hey, there's still six weeks left and you've got a great plan going, you'll lose that weight!

I've lost 2.5 lbs!!! My ticker doesn't do .5's though, so I'll leave it at 2 until I can find a better ticker. :) And I drank my total water for the last 5 days.

Cannon, why don't you post how much water you DID drink? I'm sure Mal will give you some credit for what you did.:) Just a thought!

Hi folks! It sounds like we're all doing GREAT! I noticed the post to Cannon about a typo (yay for catching & fixing it!) and wanted to double-check that everyone else is where they mean to be before Mal starts with her grand tallying up everything. :) (I know not everyone has checked in yet, but I can update this thread as we go.)

So this is what I've gleaned from this thread; if your info looks wrong, would you double-check it? The error could certainly be mine! (But for example, saramaria I remember you wrote you got at least one day of water in, but there are no asterisks in your stats post for week 1 bonus.)

mine is right too... don't feel bad kristin!!! this is a long struggle for all of us - and one week shouldn't get you down - you got all of your water in!!! which helps us out so much (well, it helps you out too - which is the important part!!!)

THIS WEEK's CHALLENGE!!!

This weeks challenge is a point to each team that has at least 50 percent compliance with getting in their fruits and vegetables on daily basis... You're challenged to eat 5 servings of fruits OR vegetables a day, or a combination of the two long as the number reaches 5...

Remember a serving is generally 1/2 a cup -a nd let's see how colorful you can be.

BLUE/PURPLE - Beat the Effects of Aging
GREEN - Go Green. Go Healthy.
WHITE (tan/brown) - White for Wellness
YELLOW/ORANGE - Powerful Antioxidants
RED - Red-hot and Healthy
 
so far I have gotten in 2 servings - by drinking 1 cup of grapefruit juice... got my red in for today! now i need to work on the others!

I realized that I'm going to have to hit up the grocery store to make this one work.... I normally have billions of fruits/veggies - but I'm all out and haven't restocked since i almost never cook at home anymore =(
 
Thanks for posting that here, amomono! I'm up two already too: green pepper and raisins, so tasty! But I also have to make a stocking-up trip to the grocer's to make. Starting to run low on what I do have, and missing a lot of what would be nice to have!

These challenges are really a great idea... perfect for getting a week's worth of practice before making it a lifestyle to live that way all the time!

I lost 2 lbs this week and I drank 128 oz's of water every single day!
Congrats on the TEAM!!!!!!!!I hope I did it right but I edited my 1st page and filled in my weight for the 22 nd?Tammy
 
Awesome job! Just don't forget to put 7 *'s next to your week 1 bonus (1 for each day you drank your water).

Mine's almost right I got 5 days of water in. Working on the new goal, got a green and yellow in (nanners and some funky thick scary green juice :D).
I'm so dead dog BEAT today, evidently I need a rest from all this exercising. Time to sit back and relax this weekend! I hope you all do the same. And Kristen don't beat yourself up, it could happen to ANY of us! You watch you'll probably lose a ton next week!
