hmmm...well, from what I understand every week we are going to have a challenge, this week it is to drink 1/2 ur weight in water (oz) lets say u weigh 200 lbs, therefor u have to drink 100 oz. We are seeing which team can lose the most weight by Oct. 31, we get points for losing, and lose points for gaining, so everyone is tryin really hard..thats pretty much the basics, and we weigh in every fridays, but you can update us on ur success everyday. Umm...ur suppose to let us kno if u met ur water challenge for the day, and just workou everyday...im not very good at explaining, so maybe someone else can help u out too, theres another thread called Halloween Challenge results and chatter welcome~go to it, they will probably be able to help you more. Hope I could help though~!

I love water!!!!!!!!!!

I have drunk 128 OZ everyday! Usually never more but always
my 2 -64 oz cup filled twice and gone by the end of night!Tammy:)
 
I'm a little behind in the water challenge; sorry guys. There really was no place to pee out on highway 16, so I couldn't drink very much. But starting tomorrow, I'm drinking like a fish!!
 
I didnt' either...but its ok guys, it monday and we have 4 dys till the 1st weigh in....lets set the bar high!
 
Thanks, Dari! I really thought I had posted this on Friday..mind fart, I guess. Wouldn't let you guys down, even though it's a little hard to type with this water bottle permanently sewn to the palm of my hand.:)

Wonder if anyone's given any thought to their Halloween costume to compliment their newly sexy, skinny selves! If so, pony up kids! Would love to hear it. Am scheduled to attend this Halloween party and need some ideas...there may be cute single men there!

thought you should read this....its from Mal about how to "Mark" if you completed your weekly bonus or not.......


In your weekly weigh in thread - that you go back and edit -there's a spot for the bonus challenges - in there put how many days you achived the goal.. (I was originally gonna do yes or no but that seemed to hard if someone did it 6 out of 7 days,, they should get partial credit...

so on a daily basis -- if you but an asterisk in the week 1 bonus section for eachday you did your water.. that'd be swell (that way i can find everything in one place)

this question gets asked a lot on spark people.. and their dietician/nutritionist answers the question that it counts as half your water.. like if you drank 10 glasses of crystal lite -it'd count as 5 glasses towards your daily goal...

for the sake of this clallenge- liquid is liquid... it all counts.... and folks - don't drown yourself.. if you're having trouble drinking that amount.. remember this challenge is supposed to be fun... don't get frustrated if you can't - there' willb e at least 3 more challenges to get points

Reached my water goal. And I also spent half the day on the toilet....I think I might put the TV in there.:D

SO excited about this challenge!!
