Howdy everyone Hope everyone PUT the SCALE up for the week!
Heather dont worry I go and add all the little *+ incase of a miscount
and also I have been crediting +2 for weightloss of a 1/2 lb or more same
goes for gaining if it 1/2 lb or less I don't -1 anything over 1/2 lb I -1.
GOODLUCK all and I will start tallting pts later or evn Monday because
alot of people aren't on here on the weekend.Tammy
 
OMG! I just had the best b-day ever! I went for a 2 hour horseback trail ride that was pretty damn amazing, and then went out to eat (was slightly bad, but nothing terrible) and then I'm going midnight bowling tonight! It's the best b-day ever! And you know what? it's been great even though I didn't really get anything for my birthday, but that's just fine with me! :D

I am loving this challenge, and this week's bonus is great. I really do need to hide my scale and not look at it for a week. I'll work extra hard this week to really surprise myself on the 22nd!

Howdy everyone I am working on TOTALS and I don't have everyone alos if you didn't have 5 of these***** you didn't qualify for the bonus points you had to cheer team on 5 days out of ther 7.Also I can't give +2 points for weightloss under a 1/2 lb BUT that goes also for weight gain as well I don't subtract 1pt for weight gain of 1/2 lb or LESS.GL and get your totals in please.

I feel like I letchas down I have had a BAD weekend and MONDAY so it stops NOW.I will give it 100% when I open my eyeballs ,atleast the BONUS is going well I had my daughter HIDE the scale and not tell me until SATURDAY and it's working ad the way I have been eating I don't wanna weigh lol,anyway I went to walmart and got me some veggies grapes chicken lean turkey and lite wheat bread egg beaters and candy apple the GOOD ones for only 160 cals 5 grams fat they are made by TASTEE.:santa:
OK LETS KICK BUTT THIS WEEK AND GET OUT OF LAST PLACE WE CAN DO IT PLUS LIKE I SAID WE ARE MISSING 3 PEOPLE THAT EITHER DROPPED OR DIDN'T RECORD YET,TAMMY

Im with ya tam - we do well when we support eachother and are accountable to each other - we should start doing it agian - I need to find that balance in my life again - lol...Im gonna start using the elliptical agian!!! And I am joining a new gym!!!
 
Hey everyone sorry I haven't checked in for a couple days. For some reason I was getting the emails but couldn't get onto the site for anything stupid internet explorer wasn't loading it right so i could see but couldn't post cause i couldn't see the reply button.. anyways, Lets kick some major butt this week. we need to get our team back up there. I haven't touched my scale since saturday and every morning i'm just dying to weigh in but then remember what would my team say. so I walk away. Hope you all are doing good. Going to go update my diary and check out everyone else's before heading to bed late again which i wasn't planning but when you sleep until 11:30am your not tired at night.. lol
 
Hi all! I hope you are having a good week! It has been torture to not weigh in everyday but even harder than that is fitting in some sort of exercise! With my schedule it is crazy but I was able to take a walk last night... around 9:30!! but I got 30 minutes in! Good luck for Saturday and GO TEAM!!
 
I bet all of us can't wait to weigh in as this week has been hard but I'm still holding strong on not touching the scale which before this challenge started I wasn't having a problem with wanting to check my progress out.. lol hope i can get back to the way i was without having the need to want to weigh in everyday. Keep up the great work all and for those who have fallen off track here's a hand to help pull you back on the wagon.
