Oh Tam - I had a gian last week adn I think Iwill this week - I started lighting weights four times a week and my eating hasnt been the greatest this week...we are here to support eachother and help out
hehe everyone has some gains, its not a big issue. As long as its mainly healthy eating with a few slip-ups.... eh thats no biggy
And yeh tammy im feeling REALLY motivated and in the zone right now. I think my body has got used to my exercise and eating routine, so i should keep on going down,down,down. WOOOHOOOOO
