This week hasn't been a easy one thats for sure. its like just when we are doing good without fast food or at least doing it in moderation we tell our bodies no at all and they go crazy. I mean I know for sure i won't be getting the extra 10 points but i hope i still can get some points since today and saturday were the only two days that i have been bad on. Hopefully next challenge I'll rock on and get full points. Keep up the great work everyone
 
Im pleased to say Ive done well this week...only two days i didnt get the challenege points:) I might even actually have a loss this week! lol

Hey guys I have done great on the fast food challenge. I really havent had fast food in 2 months. I should be at a negative for weight loss just have to weigh myself to find out for sure.

Well I lost 3.2 lbs this week but only exercised 4 days and was able to do the fast food one 5 days out of 7 so i guess that means only 11 pts for me this week. Sorry team wasn't the best week but next week will do tons better I promise.

Hope everyone else is doing well and hope to see your updates soon.

oh my gosh team. I'm so sorry for not showing up more often. I'm super busy and this is practically the first time in about a week when i've actually had time to write something down! Again, I'm really sorry!

I'm up a lb at the moment, but eh, I'll get it off, no big worries. my goal is another 8 lbs by halloween. hopefully. I've not been able to lose nearly as much as I have wanted to, but I'm going to stick to my guns finally. The weight come off. Now. :D
 
:confused::mad::rolleyes: TEAM I feel I have let you's down I have had a rough week and a rocky 2 weeks with the off again on again.I recorded my food the 1st part of the week but failed to ADD all the late night munching I am real unhappy with my self ,the way I look and feel.One might say how could I have let myself gain so much (8lb) I am still in shock and I want to START over like a few of the oldtimers on here thats been on here a while.
I need a FRESH new start with a NEW plan to really get fit and healthy.
My freaking 13's and 14's are fitting extra SNUG and the 15's I dug out fit great NOWAY this can be I was almost in a "12" GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!Anyway TEAM sorry and Tammy will be back on track tomorrow with a new plan and DIARY so look for me! I hopee we all pull together for the final 2 weeks,Tammy
 
Ok well today's the big trip up to see my hubby who I haven't seen since July 1st. Yikes.. i'm scared.. :) anyways not much to report just that things will be kinda quiet from this end as i don't know how much online time i will really have while visiting with my hubby.. lol anyways hope you all are doing well and see you all when i get back from my trip. I will try to update if and when i can. if i can't get online through the laptop will be trying to communicate with cerella through my cell phone so ask her if you have any questions for me ok. hope you all have a great week this week and i will be back on thursday night friday morning. to update how the trip went.

Sorry i didnt lose weight this week team-mates, guess nothing is better than a gain but i still feel poo about it. Theres no way im reaching my goal. My new goal is just to get into onederland

Again, I'm really really sorry guys. I'm just out of control right now. It's kinda depressing. BUT, at the same time, my weight's going up, but I just got into a pair of pants that never fit before...

hm...I'll take that.

Thanks for understanding everyone that I wouldn't be posting as often on here while I am with my hubby as we haven't seen each other in a while and I am really loving the time we are spending together. I just hope I don't let the team down while I am here as things here aren't the healthiest foods since we don't have a kitchen to cook in we have to rely on ordering food but are trying to make the healthiest choices as both dh and i are trying to lose weight.
