Going to track my progress...

Hey! After seeing alot of other peoples photo posts, and their development over time I've decided to create my on. Please, don't hold back on your comments and all constructive criticism is welcome (BESIDES the fact that I need a tan! :D )! First i'll give you a little summary. About a year and a half ago I was 6'1" and weighed about 257-260lbs. I didn't work out (I was disgustingly weak), eat healthy or do any cardio. I got a gym membership, started lifting weight, and doing cardio. Now I am 6'2" weigh 206-207 (I plateaued a few months ago, been at this weight since), and have gained a huge amount of strength and muscle mass. I'm feeling better than ever, and just started making the final push towards 185 or so lbs (wherever I feel good with myself), eating very healthy, doing HIIT, and keeping up on a weight training schedule.

I know my lats and biceps are still out of whack from side to side, thats what you get from bowling alot over the summer (yeah im a lefty). That is another big goal of mine.


Right now im actually still too self concious to post a front shot, but I will in a month or two, as right now im starting a serious cutting. I want to lose alot of the body fat I have, so then I will show before/afters of the front!

Ehh I'm not seein much difference. I'm tryin to lose weight right now, keeping a clean diet and lifting weights. I've been slacking on the cardio, so I'm going to get back into running-gear tomorrow.
 
the fat on my body is really focused on my stomach and around my obliques, im actually too self-concious to post frontal pictures right now though. Once i start seeing progress though I will post the before and current pictures I have.

It does sound nice to hear that it looks like I don't have much though - thanks.
 
Alright here are some pics. The first is just basically a pic of before, when I was around 250-260. The next pics are progress pics until now. Don't mind the black and white, making them that way seems to sooth my self-conciousness so I do it.

*EDIT* I feel like the main difference is the extension of my lats, and around my waise. That is perfect because as im eating in a caloric deficit I can't be gaining muscle really, so I'm just losin the fat I have down there! BTW I hit 199 on the scale today for the first time...in like 6+ years? YAY

Alright heres a bump.
Its Go Time.

I've been slacking off being a lazy bum for the past few months, but im getting back into it full force starting tomorrow. I got out of the routine in christmas, and it messed me up.

Hit it! You probably haven't lost that much of all your good efforts. So hit that gym, and you'll be ready to roll pretty quick!
 
Went to the gym today, I'm feeling great! I have gained a couple of lbs, but after assessing my strength from todays excercises, it doesn't seem that i've lost too much...just added on some extra. Im really pumped to be getting back into it!
 
I really feel myself motivated to get back into it, its happening for sure! I was out at the driving range today with a buddy for a while, then we went to a local park and were running our asses off playing some catch. Were going to be starting up basketball for fun again soon also, so I should have alot of cardio outside the gym (which is the boring stuff anyways).

I'm going to the gym tomorrow, and im excited to go!
