Basic information and point system.
* for each day you complete a bonus
+ for each day you exersice 30 minutes Max 6 days we need 1 REST day
-1 pt if you gain at the end of the week
+2 if you lose at the end of the week

I will be a little conservative with my goal. I would love to lose at least 1.5 lbs/week but from past experience, I don't think it will happen...but I am still shooting for it..!! I should be able to reach 150 though.

Hello everyone. I am very excited to participate in this challenge with you guys. I've got a chubby tummy and thighs. My main goal is to lose enough fat so that my tummy and thighs look better. I'm going to make it a goal of losing 1lb/week. I've been slacking off on my exercise lately. I do exercise, but not as consistent as I would like. For this challenge, I would like to exercise 6 days a week. My exercise plan is to work on aerobic alternating with strength training and rest for one day of the week. I wish everyone the best of luck! I know we will all work hard to meet our end goal!

Hey Caspers Countdown!

I always liked Casper the Friendly ghost!

I don't know what I'm doing up so early, except dh left for a wilderness hike and I was just lying there thinking I should get up - at least watch some tv - surf the net, etc.

So, I weighed myself this morning and decided to come over and see what's up - course nothing yet, but that's because it's Saturday and early in the morning!
I am excited by this challenge, because it will definitely help to keep me on track and in the right direction.

Ok Caspers, time to drink our water today!!
I think I am going to have a spreadsheet with all my days on and mark when I completed the bonus challenge (got my water in ) and got my 30 min. exercise in and then update at the end of the week the original post. I don't know if that is how Tammy intended it...
The weekends are harder for me water wise especially when we are going somewhere. It is kind of embarassing to excuse myself to go to the bathroom in like every 20 min.. LOL
So far it is 10.am and I already got my 32 oz down..doing good.
We are still missing 2 of our members, I hope they will sign on today and read what our bonus challenge is for this week!!

Ok some backround info! My name is Danielle..as you can probably tell! I'm 18 and in my first year of college, I recently joined this forum and have been getting A LOT of motivation from it!

As far as drinking water, I've had 32 oz. so far, I had a late start to my day though so I'll be getting a lot more in! I just got back from the gym, I did an hour of cardio and half an hour of strength training, and it sure does BURN.

I'm pretty much on the slimfast diet, I drink a shake for breakfast and I have a shake for lunch with something else-usually like a mini whole wheat bagel with PB & J. and the "Sensible dinner" which has been criticized as not enough calories, but I go by what I feel is sensible, not slimfast, usually some meat or poultry and lots of veggies! and I LOVE fruit, I always have fruit for my snacks, I just started dieting and have lost 10 pounds so far, I'm pretty excited!

Sorry I just gave you all like my life story haha, I look forward to working with you all here, I know this is going to be great! :)

Oh Yay, we are only waiting for Heretic then.
I had all my water today, all my 80 oz, I wanted to finish it before 6.00pm, but it became 7pm so I might have to be up once in the middle of the night.
I still have to get my exercises in... planning on turbo jam and my own version of boot-camp for about 50 min. total..

Do ya feel like you are about to float away Hajni?:p I also finished my 88oz, but not till 7:45pm. I know that water is good for ya, but I know that when this week is over, I'll be happy to go back to my regualr 40oz of water :D

:cry: I was really looking forward to a good first day. But it turns out I woke up at 5:30am and didn't come home until 12pm. I was at work for 17 hours. I guess I'll just have to count this as my free day from exercise of the week. I've been so busy with work. After I calorie counted for the day, I only ate 730 calories. Yikes that's a all time low for me :( Well I hope everyone had a good day today. Best wishes to you guys :)
