Grey's Anatomy

So I watched the premiere the other day and was left with a lot of unanswered questions...
Yesterday I read in the newspaper that I watched the WRONG SHOW?
Well apparently our network showed the second show of the season instead of the first show of the season.!
So apparently this happened all across Canada? So, those of us that watched episode two, will get to see episode one this Thursday!?
A little wonky!
I won't tell you what happened in show #2, if you don't tell me show #1!?
Thanks

I'll pay you a dollar to tell me what happened! :p :p

I was a little confused after watching the first (or what I'm pretty sure was) show. Maybe it's because I only got to watch the last half hour. I've got it taped so I need to watch the full episode before Thursday.

We can't forget about those few episodes with the home-maid bomb that was inside that guy.
After the airing of those shows I was totally hooked on the show. I starting watching it on that very episode.

So what is everyone's feedbacks on the first show. Was it what you expected or a little of a let down?

I think last seasons episode left us really excited and hopeful. I was sorta dissapointed with the opener:( It didnt give us the big bang we all thought would come from how great it ended. Not to say it wasnt a good episode, it just seemed like any other episode during the season:eek: oh well, hopefully the season will be just as great as last year!

I think I agree with you JellyKat...I was all hyped up and I did feel a little let down. It did feel like just another episode, but even still I'm glad the season has begun.

I think its rather hard to live up to hype with shows. They have to do all the PR stuff to make sure we tune in, but no matter what they did we probably would have felt disappointed because our expectations were so high.

Well they did thier job then because we were all pumped about it and we all tuned in!:D I agree though, I'm just glad the new season has begun again! I hope its a great one

I think that whole first epi/second epi mix-up might have happened in Houston too, cos my sis said that only one show has come on so far, but when I went to go and download to my laptop, there were 2. So I downloaded them both and watched 'em last night. :D I actually wasn't disappointed at all. You have to remember, the Season Finale is ALWAYS going to be very dramatic and a big bang at the end. (if the producer and network are doing their job right)...but the Season Premiere is always kind of a disappointment b/c it IS just another episode of the season...it just happens to be the first one. lol But I definitely think that with the first 2 episodes come and gone, we have a lot to look forward to and the show will continue being as great as always. Personally, I'm dying to know what decision Izzy is going to make regarding the hospital.

You're right Monica, and that makes complete sense. Either way, I'm pleased as punch that the season has started again and I can't wait to see what's going to happen.

Miranda is definetly starting to get soft. She was really hard core at the beginning. She's still funny though. I wish I could be a strong woman like her. She has no problem saying what she is feeling/thinking. I've never been able to do that for fear of hurting someones feelings but she does it so gracefully....lol. Sort of!

I did expect more drama out of Izzie last week. It would of made for a better show, I think.

It's going to be on again tonight...woo hoo!

I like how thier introducing Miranda's softer side, slowly showing that she is human and does have feelings. She's only hard on her interns because she has to be for the job, but then you see she actually cares for them too...:D I like that.
Jessica, I think that Dennys death last year was such a huge thing and they didnt play into it enough in this season, like you said Izzie wasn't as affected as I would think someone would be in her situation...
But I still love it! Monica I can see though that your right about last episodes being over the top and opening episodes usually arnt as dramatic, I think we were all hoping it would be though!:)

Wait until you see tonight's episode to see how Izzie is 'dealing' and how sensitive Miranda is being.
(remember I saw episode 2)

rottingirl you were right!! I loved this episode, I phyisically gasped when the boy came in with the tree through him! your right about Izzie and Miranda too, I loved the panty story line and how George was so jeleous.

You know what I love is that George's girlfriend Kallie isn't the stick thin little model like the rest of them. And yet she is still gorgeous and very sexy! For all of us bigger girls! We too can be sexy!! :p

oh and BTW I saw episode one last night and I really enjoyed it. I cried my eyes out when that guy lost his wife... and miranda was being so sensitive with him.

LOVE IT! What a great show!

I was thinking the same exact thing! She was even dancing around in her panties last night!

Oh Kallie is DEFINITELY H-O-T! She's gorgeous! Ok...now I'm jealous! :p :p

I loved last night's show. I was waaaay too sleepy to watch it last night though, so I recorded it on my DVR and came home to see it on my lunch break today. I like how they're playing this thing with Meredith and I really like that Miranda is showing her softer side, though not too much I hope. Her "tell it like it is" attitude is what makes her so great to watch.

I was about ready to kill Derek because I thought he was going to sleep with Addison. When that hunk of hunkiness walked outta that bathroom...I couldn't be mad at Addison...that man is blazing HOT! Oh my Lord! *OHD has to stop typing and cool down* :p Where was I? Umm, yea...I'm glad he was there because I think Derek would've been weak otherwise.

I was actually talking out loud to the tv when he went in to addisons hotel room! I was saying no. no. dont do it! I actually thought he was going to sleep with her too!

I feel the same way!! She is beautiful and she isn't too thin!!!! I'm also a big fan of this show.

It was still hillarious when Preston's family walked in on Cristina in her panties! (even if we did see it on the previews)
