Bike Ride

20 miles, 1:20.
Third day in a row, felt good. Depending on weather I might get an off rode ride in this week (been a while, last ime 5-16-07).

I'm looking forward to this upcoming Sat. and some more rode riding in.

Plus had an Inspiration

Cbwill,

Are you challenging yourself with those weights? I am approximately the same size and work out with greater weight and less reps. Are you fatigued after doing 10 reps? I increase my weights until I am fatigued on the last one and unable to do another until I rest.

As for the cycling, as long as you are fatigued at the end, which you are!, you went as hard as you could - good job!

For some yes and some no, It is also an issue of safety for me as I workout alone. On somethings I just don't feel safe going heavy.
Right now I am happy with what I am doing, slowly working up the weight.

Thanks

Well this week went so much better than the last one.

60 miles total on the bike
3 good days of weights
34+ miles walking for the 7 days.

Overall felt great. I’m ready to start a new week.

Start of Week Six

Weigh in 199.0 lbs, 2.4 lb drop this week.:D

I think I may have cut to many calories last month, I increased the calories this week (and also added biking) and I lost more. I may be wrong but who cares I am going in the right direction...:D

This morning;

7:00am oh what nice weather temp 72 degrees
20 mile bike ride (1:19:50)
