Sport Gaining Weight

Sport Fitness
If a weight gainer is going to help you add calories into your diet, you might as well give it a try. Especially if you're having trouble eating enough.

I'm taking Mega Mass 4000 and Soy Protein shake now.. Im looking forward something 'good' will happen :)

A lot of people prefer whey protein over soy protein. However, I'd finish up the soy protein you have and buy whey when you need to buy more protein anyway. That is of course unless you are vegan and are opposed to eating products from an animal.

If you keep up with everything for a few weeks, you should see a definite improvement. Gains will not always be consistent, so it is important to not get discouraged when you don't see a difference in the short term.

its been my second week in gym.. my diet still fluctuates.. meaning sometimes i eat a lot sometimes little.. :( right now.. i feel like lazy going to gym.. i feel so tired by just the thought of it. but despite of that.. i still think positive.. and workout whatever it takes unless i got a business meeting.

my diet goes like this..

morning
kelloggs corn flakes almond with milk
1 1/2 glass mega mass (2 scoops)

mid-morning snack
1 medium banana

lunch
indian food ( with random dishes depends on what is cooked for the day)
1 1/2 glass mega mass (2 scoops)

workout at gym

after workout
1 1/2 glass of mega mass (2 scoops)

dinner
indian food ( with random dishes depends on what is cooked for the day)
1 medium banana
1 1/2 glass mega mass (2 scoops)

*sometimes i put banana into mega mass..
* i use milk with mega mass

If you need to get more calories in, you may want to try adding some nuts to your meals or snacks ("trail mixes" with nuts and/or dried fruit are also calorie dense). Also, granola or museli may give you more calories than corn flakes.
