Did 110 BW squats this morning before work, only just had time. Absolutely f**ked! Had to have a few breaks (obviously).

I'm gonna do some in the bathroom at work. Also, squatting for the sh1tter counts as one.
 
I just did another 21 including squatting on the sh1tter.

131 - a lot to go.

Just done another 40, it looks weird though because i'm coming out of the toilet out of breath LOL so i'm trying not to breathe so deeply!

ok, So I got 50 of the OH in now too - they burn the front of the quad.

makes me at 151

Just hammered another 50 out before having a piss.

This is getting a bit harder now, i'm not exactly doing sh1tty 1/4 squats either, these are full f**king squats!

I'm half way, 250 now ;)
 
I'm doing mine in sets of about 10, my flexibility is shocking so I can't do too many OH squats without my back tightening.

I've done quite a few regular BW squats on a bosu ball as well to help my stabilizers a little

There are alot of other "athletes" here that I thought would participate. and you would have been the last one I thought would actually follow thru.

You have always been "big mouth" lil action, (think abotu the competition with Typhon) and every other challenge.

But you are stepping up!!!!

And they are goign to get hard! remember the pushups - oh wait you didnt do those! aroudn 350, the suffering really begins.

500 squats

7:00 AM. Just cranked out my first 50. 51 with bathroom break. This will be fun to try for 50 every hour. Good luck all.
