LOL. you guys are so mean to each other.

As I said-BRICKS. Just focus on bricks....

and eat clean.

and get more sleep.

and drink more water.

and just finish the race.

swim 1500 < that took me nearly 45 minutes with stopping to catch my breath and all!!! OMG>

20 miles mountain bike, major HIIT sessions....

felt gr4eat to get my heart rate out of control , and nearly puke a few times...
I miss that!

even had to jump off bike and walk around once....

GET SOME!

Hey FF, is your next event the Gator Half? No can do on the swim. I'm going to New Orleans Saturday morning and have a boatload of work to do before then. But, I will get one long run and one long ride (and maybe a swim) in before then
 
my nest event is the flatwwods four at flatwoods park, running with my sone TJ.
