Why is that crazy? You name is a cosmetic company in France. Mine is named after an ancient city and a pro wrestler.

No, dude, my name is a user name given to me by my daughter after her favorite cat died, a cat she named Sephora.

And I really rest my case about you stalking every post I make. You need a different hobby because I type really fast and can keep this up all day.

See that thing along the toolbar about new posts? that's what I click. I saw what you wrote and I responded. Funny, kinda how you keep yelling at us not to tell you what to do, don't tell me I'm not allowed to respond to your craziness.

And the fact is still your username is a French Cosmetic company and it matters as much as why he has his username and I have mine. You took it as meaining WTF. Maybe he was military? or family in the military or whatever.

What does it matter?

The reason I have so many posts..well I could just let the forum regulars reply but it is mainly from supporting people and giving sound advice.

Wow, alright people need to chill out a bit .. asking for advice doesn't need to turn into this at all.

Honestly, regardless if it's a myth or a fact or whatever, it works for a lot of people, and it doesn't effect a lot of other people, so I don't think theres much of a point to argue about it.

I don't eat to late though, I try not to eat late if I havent had anything for a few hours. I wouldn't eat dinner at 7 and then snack at 11 but if I don't eat til 8 and have an apple at 10 I don't see the harm in that. I usually have stopped eating 2-3 hours before I actually sleep.

I've lost 4.9 lbs since Jan 25th, FYI. I appreciate the input but definetly don't want people fighting because of my thread. Thanks.

If it works for you, fine. The debate is over the science. The science shows no relation between what time you eat and weight gain. That is all.

Debate comes when false information is given. We debate if it is wrong or right and usually, it stays civil. You are still, and always will be, the master of your own life.

Okay, so you're a snot not only to me but to anyone else that disagrees with you. I feel sorry for anyone that comes across your path. And you, with a whole 20 pounds lost, are an expert. Have you ever thought that what you're reading on the internet might not be fact but rather supposition? I'm thinking not and I'm thing the word supposition might be too big of a word for you.

20 pounds that I'm pretty proud of.

1. Be respectful. While we don’t mind the occasional use of profanity, we aren’t interested in porn, discriminatory remarks or content. As hard as it is given the veil of anonymity the Internet provides, try your best to act as you would in any other public setting.

7. Disagreements and debate will certainly arise in this setting. They are inevitable. Please try your best to separate yourself from the information you are discussing. Simply because someone disagrees with a point of yours does not mean he or she is attacking you as an individual. Being forced to defend your beliefs will either 1) reinforce them or 2) create doubt, in which case you reassess and either go back to 1) or you learn something. If handled appropriately only good can come from it. We don’t tolerate crybabies and if one emerges he or she will be treated accordingly.

Wow. Go away for a day and you miss everything.

Sephora - I'm a mod and I'm telling you here and now to back it off. Insulting other members, calling names, attacking them personally because they disagree with you (otherwise known as an ad hominem attack) is not allowed on this board.

No one was combative or rude to you - Jericho refuted the myth that you have been posting over and over and over on this forum. He provided you with several links to accurate scientific data to back up what he said. You not only flat out said that you didn't bother to read what he posted, you then attacked the content of what he posted - the stuff that you said was too long and boring to read.

You then proceeded to smack at anyone who told you that you were being unreasonable - throwing out more snide comments and personal attacks.

So yeah. This is me, a Mod, telling you to chill out and back off of it. If you disagree with the information that Jericho posted, you are more than welcome to post any counter information - real studies that we can read and compare. If all you're going to do is be snotty and call names, please take it elsewhere.

If I get cancer, should I only search out doctors who have or had cancer themselves? Or should I based doctor selection on success rates, knowledge, etc?

Have you ever thought that what you're reading on the internet might not be fact but rather supposition?

Have you ever thought that some people choose to read peer-reviewed science publications and share that information with communities such as this.
