This is a challenge for feb to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Weigh in days are (copy and paste this then edit with your updated weight every week)

Start Weight = 207.2lb

1st Feb = 207.2
8 Feb =204.1 (-3.1lb !!!)
15 Feb =201.9 (-2.2 !)
22 Feb =202.8 (+1 eek! time of month presumably)
28 Feb =

Finish Weight =
Total Lost in Feb =

Luckily this is a 4 week month :D

psssst. Can someone tell me when this is supposed to start? (Which date we are supposed to post as our starting weight). Since both the first first and last couple of days of Feb are partial weeks. Thanks.

If you look in the original post, there's a list of dates in Feb for us to weigh ourselves... starting on Feb 1, then the 8th, 15th, 22nd and the 28th. The last week is technically 6 days, but that's okay!

I guess what confused me was the

Starting weight: and then the Feb 1: Weight. So I wasn't sure what day was actually the start date of the "Starting Weight." So, you are saying Feb 1 is the Start weight and the first weigh in? Thanks for helping clarify.
 
I'm in! Our local news station has a similiar challenge - "Lose 5 in February", so I was going to try it. But this is better. Challenge to lose more.:D
