Woah, big guy, that's amazing!!! I just can't seem to lose weight at all these last few weeks... lost 1 lb, despite not eating ANY chocolate, biscuits etc, no alcohol, AND I ran 20 miles this week. AGH! Phew, rant over, fingers crossed next week is better!
