My goal for this week is no chocolate (or baked goods, ice cream etc etc) The only hard bit of that will be the no chocolate part!
If anyone wants to join me in this, let me know, the support would be amazing! Especially because I'm going out for a 3 course meal tomorrow, yikes! I'll have to make it a one-and-a-half course at teh most!!!

Total weight loss: 1 Pound. What a horrible month. I guess I will have to work harder in March to lost that extra 7 pounds that I did not lost in February.

Yay!!! Two pound lost. I am super Happy. I have been loking for this forum. Finally I found it!!! I really hope I lose another two more pounds next week.

Well done to everyone who lost weight!!! I'm pretty disheartened I didn't lose *anything*, despite being good all week... How frustrating???
Well, I didn't let it get me down for too long, I went out this morning and ran a kick ass 10K!
