Alright guys, time for a February challenge if anyone's interested!

Let's aim for a healthy 2lb per week loss, or whatever you can manage---as long as we try our best, we can't be too hard on ourselves!

It's the shortest month of the year---so let's go for it and come out the other end, in spring looking hot+healthy!


Do weigh-ins on Friday suit? I think it's a great day considering a) the 1st of Feb falls on a Friday, and b) seeing our results on a Fri will keep us in check for the weekend!!

Join in with me guys, let's give each muchos support and motivation! Anyone got any ideas to make it a lil more fun? For example, we pick a day where we all make an effort to do intense exercise, or a small goal for each week e.g. no chocolate this week? Or we'll keep it casual, it's up to you all!

I always get skewed weight loss - but I have to say that I am pleased with my loss of 8 pounds over the month.

I'm in too!! I think friday is a great idea for weigh-ins especially if you end up looking at a lower number than last week. I know that makes my day (and weekend) a lot better and keeps me motivated :)

My goal: 132.1 by trend. Will probably put me below 130 on the scale. Yikes. It's been at least 11 years since I've been there. ( I couldn't tell you what I weighed at any point between 1990 and when I needed to get new "nice" clothes in the winter of 1996-97 because elastic-waist skirts weren't enough. It's entirely possible I haven't been below 130 since the winter of 1989-90, but I suspect I was lower than that at some point in college, probably the summer of 1994. And there are a couple dresses in the closet that I know I wore in the winter of 1995-96 that did not fit me at 140, but it might be a shape-change issue.)

Sign me up too. I am aiming to lose more, if I can; but will be happy if 2lbs a week is all I lose.

Haha...this sounds great! I love the prospect of a no chocolate week...I'm going to try going all out and have a junk food ban for the month. It's gonna be hard!! ahkk!

I'm hoping for one pound a week since I don't have much to lose. But its a challenge anyway. And my birthday is february, so no cake for me :D I'll make a low calorie tiramisu and try not to eat the whole thing.
