Hello Hot Cat
Congratulations, Caroline, on reaching the successful completion of your weight loss with Cohen's.
21 weeks is such a short time for a total personal transformation. I just love being slim - today is 24th April - I reached goal weight of 60 kilos on 24th June, 2006 and I still weigh 60 kilos.
You have done very well and have also demonstrated a good understanding of the program itself - and no doubt you have been a great example and inspired other people to consider the program.
Best wishes for your lovely slim life ahead. You will need to be careful for a little while but will find that you don't need to be careful all the time. If I go up one kilo it takes only about two days to go down that kilo - so a gentle rock of about a kilo is quite manageable without too much fuss.
By the way - I still weigh the yoghurt each morning, still eating yoghurt and kiwi every day, still drinking water and following the principles of the program and making sure there is sufficient protein and minimal carbohydrates, without making an issue out of it. It is just so nice being slim that I have no wish to ever go back to previous sloppy eating habits.
Congratulations again. You have done well.
Regards
Kristine
