Hey guys, well school started for me a few days ago, and it is a bit hard to keep up with the exercise. I do end up walking about 2-3 miles back and forth to classes and have managed to lose 1 pound this week which is good. Hows everyone else doing??
 
I haven't been doing too well! I got down to 127.4 earlier this week but since then I have been eating NONSTOP. I don't know why... it's some strange mentality I have acquired since I know I am rather close to my goal (a lot closer than I was before). Oh well, tomorrow is a new day!
 
I edited my previous post with my 9/7 weight. I am down 2lbs. Are we editing posts or are we adding a new reply so that people know to read and catch up? I just need a little clarification.

Plan to achieve goals: I'm going to try to stay motivated (stick with exercise vids and going to the gym) and not give in to cravings so easily. I think I'm going to start taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I also got a pedometer; I want to do the 10,000 steps-a-day challenge.

Sept 3: Didn't weigh.
Sept 10: 210 (39.9% body fat, but according to someone, my scale is lying to me, so I don't know) (I really need to work on this/be more serious :( )

I lost another 1.8lbs this week! :D I am 14.4lbs away from my goal for this challenge. Hopefully I can keep it up as the stress of school increases!

I think one of the hardest things about exercising and eating right in college is the constantly changing schedule! no day is like the one before and it is so hard to build a routine!!! how do you guys do it?
 
well thank goodness im still in high school (lol last year). i can't wait to shed these pounds before college. if i could just get past 127.6!!!

After a couple weeks of being sick and not loosing much of anything I am down to 177.0 this week :D. 12 more pounds to reach my goal for this comp! Hopefully the next couple months treat me well! :) I'm off to write a paper! :(
