I REALLY do not like the no sugary drinks thing....lol. I can't do it....lol. The only way i can drink water is to add crystal lite....that's really sad. I'm really determined though, trying to force myself to drink plain water on the hour.


How's everyone doing? What are your weaknesses right now?
 
OH man ! I'm new to this forum and just found this thread today. I assume it's probably much to late to join this challenge ?

Probably it's gonna be harder to "win" the first place...
But I'm sure that everybody here do the challenge more for themselves than for the prizes!!!

Since october 1st :

-11.4 lbs
-6.5cm around my belly
-3 cm for my waist
-2.5cm for my chest

Exercising and dieting were good during the last three weeks, I hope it's going to stay that way...
I'm motivated, so I guess that it won't be a problem!!

This week there is a *Stomach/Butt Bonus* Challenge! This is worth...you guessed it, 5 stripes!

Three days this week do at least one stomach excercise and one exercise to work those glutes. Do enough sets/reps to challenge yourself without injury.

Once my butt is rock hard I plan on dropping things just so I can pick them up.....lol. :)

I lost 11 lbs but I didn't feel like I physically changed...And nobody around me noticed...

When I put these pictures next to each other I saw the difference, and that's a good motivation to see the progress!!
Can't wait to see to progress at the end of Week 12!!!

Hey everyone, hope this week is going well for you.....I know there are lots of candy temptations!

This week the bonus (5 stripes) is to do at least three workouts that involve balance and coordination. This could be playing your fav sport, doing some yoga, anything with a large emphasis on balance.

There is another 10 stripe bonus if you stay out of the candy bowl this week....trick or treat!
