I had a good day yesterday, I ate very well, I added in extra protein and ate around 1750 calories, pretty good!! I went and did ONE HOUR of group Centergy at the gym, and it felt great! I'm sitting at exactly the same spot on the scale that arrow hasn't moved in weeks, it's really strange, I'm just waiting for that day I jump on and it's down 3lbs again. I think I'm really molding my body into a muscle machine, so I'm really fine with the scales, I just hope to see smaller sizes in clothes really soon. I'm just about there, stuff is really getting big. My goal to reach by the end of the month, is more tone definition. I'm getting ready to start so I'm feeling a bit bloated, time to download a ton of water the next few days! Good Luck everyone!
