Are you still in Texas? How is it?

Hey Rob! Been a while how's everything going? Yes I'm still in Texas and boy oh boy is it a hot one! Still trying to keep my sanity in this heat, and dealing with a medical issue. Been sick for a while but I'm slowly working myself back up. I'm feeling good so that's all I know got to keep moving and pushing and be thankful for the little things in life and keep fighting! How are things with you? Glad to hear from you again.

Thank you I'm definitely trying my best! Just been a miserable couple of months, piled in medical bills on top of the crazy world we live in it's just been a tough time for me and I'm sure everyone else. Good thing is I'm still here, alive, and well looking forward to keep fighting and lose this weight.
