Drinking water for weight loss

You may find the attached link about water consumption to be interesting:

Since we are all of different sizes - there is not a "one size fits all" amount of water that we should all be drinking.

Most people struggle to reach the limits that the formula gives.

I would be wary of having too much more than the formula for the reason that it is possible to become ill by drinking too much water. I think that shooting for the recomendation is the best approach - it does after all take into account such things as our size, the amount of exercise that we do and the temperature where we are...

Yes, water is good to reduce weight. If you are on a weight loss program, then drink a glass of water throughout a day, drink a glass of water before every meal, replace your sweet drinks with water, Drink cold water to speed your metabolism, If you drink alcohol then Match any alcohol consumption with same amounts of water.

Water does not help you lose fat, except for easing hunger.
The only weight you are losing by drinking excess water is water retained by the body due to high levels of sodium and/or low prior intake of water.
Fat loss is strictly based on calories consumed versus calories burned.

drinking water is good to lose weight easily, even research as show that by talking up to 8 glasses of water will help you to burn fat

I used to have problem drinking water, made me feel full after two glasses. Started having some lemon in my water and that helped a lot : ) Plus lemon helps the immune system and is full of antioxidants.

Exercise and staying hydrated with plenty of water are important too.

There is no quick way to lose weight, it's all just hype and a waste of time, effort and money.

My chiropractor told me to drink plenty of water after he does his massages of my lower back. He said that will help flush impurities from my body from what he did with my mussels. I am learning that water is more important then I thought or one of the most important things I can do for my body.
